Ordered 28th june still not arrived
Ordered 28th june. Apparently collected by courier 02nd july. So 3-4 business days lost in shipping.
Today 9th july. Still bo delivery. Asked online. Staff no clue.
Online status states left Poland 03nd july. Received by dpd depot 7th july. Question is what depot and where.
No status update since 7th.
Suggest autodoc dump dpd and move to dhl.
Ive received 2 orders from ato24 and Robert kunzmann using dhl in less shipping time.
If you plan ordering be aware of delays.

God awful warrenty claims
The returns and warranty claims are hideous, you can't get by the AI bot to call anyone and you cannot access the progress of the returns claim if further details are required leaving customers in limbo. God awful service.

High postage costs, variable pricing are a real problem
My previous order did exceed the normal €150 for (at the time), free delivery. Now the company has a charge of €1.99 for orders €150 and over, or €17.95 for orders under €150. Other rivals such as MisterAuto are offering free postage on the app for orders over €49. Autodoc is simply not competitive here for smaller orders.
Sometimes the price is slightly better on Autodoc, but not always, and not enough to cover the postage difference.
I have no idea why they thought the €1.99 charge was appropriate for higher value orders.
Worse I see so many price variations from day to day, this actually puts you off ordering items. Prices do change on products, but not this much. It's annoying and pointless.
Sometimes if you leave items in the cart you get an email with a voucher to tempt you to buy, again this is fine but...stop with the gimmicks and just give people good prices (that are fairly stable).
I also have an issue with one order where oil was leaking out of a bottle; they did send extra oil to compensate for this, which is a worth a mention. I'm not that happy about the delivery charges and I think they are losing customers because of this. A lot of orders won't hit the 150 mark and the 1.99 charge is just pointless and counter productive.

Ordered a water pump on 1st July which…
Ordered a water pump on 1st July which was "in stock", to get a call on 6th July to say it is out of stock and the alternative is around 35 euro more
Is not about money, but if it is in stock and I paid for, waited for, don't waste my time with your cheap tactics. I feel sorry now or telling them to remove the item and ship the rest

Placed order and wasn't shipped
Placed order and wasn't shipped, turns out that one item was not in stock which is fine, it happens, but I wasn't contacted about it and they just held on to my money without shipping or any contact until I contacted them. Customer service practically non existent. I'm still waiting on shipping.

Great selection / Slow delivery !
Great selection of parts but delivery is way too slow. Parts ordered on the 22nd and I'm still waiting for a clutch master cylinder on the 30th which would have been a disaster if the car was off the road. I switched from Winparts to Autodoc based on the fact they use DPD rather than DHL or UPS which are faster in the country but the tracking number from DPD doesn't even work on their website. Will certainly go back to Winparts from now on as they deliver within 5 days at the most. Autodoc really need to do better - there can be no excuse for the huge delay for delivery from Poland. I still don't know if I'll get the correct parts after the long wait - I just have to hope for the best!

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, the advisors do not read what im looking for, and reply with the wrong parts. Or keep asking for the VIN Number, and the VIN number at the top of the part request. It is worse, Autodoc has become in the past months. I'm losing faith in them, as responses are getting very slow.

Ive purchase products from Autodoc and…
Ive purchase products from Autodoc and never had an issue.
But a company is great till something goes wrong.
That is the real test of a good company
The courier lost? part of my order here in Ireland (2 separate deliveries)I was in touch with the courier was told to get autodoc to start a "trace" but using the AI was very difficult...
So I received a refund for part that were not delivered..Autodoc apologies for the inconvenience and delay.
The courier had lost or damaged the delivery here in Ireland.
Autodoc do offer great deals and I had no problem in the past.
Dealing with AI when something goes wrong is frustrating and this I believe was responsible for the delay.
I will be using Autodoc again ....but probably won't order anything in 5lt container...

Took forever to get the wrong sensor
Took forever to get the wrong sensor, i was told that this would happen by my mechanic who said a lot of his customers recieved wrong parts and needed to rent a car, other reviews say a refund is close to impossible so i i will need to buy somewhere else, save your money, they cant even read a part number, you have been warned

Refund status is unattended for almost…
Refund status is unattended for almost a month now. Return form received on email dated 19th May 2026. I Sent the products back on 28th May 2026. But no refund received yet, neither any email update received on same request. They seems unprofessional when there is refund issue.
They are not sending my courier charges as well which are around €45 out of my total refund of €71. Its definitely loss for my but still ask them with genuine request. I could have shared my return form and return receipt but there is not attachment option here.
Please think twice while ordering when you see lower price. I face trust issue after so much of purchase for quite long.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Made few orders worth 1500 e and always was some problem with them. Never again. Stay away. Don't buy from this thief's. Give me my money back you thief's. It would be easier to deal with the monkey than with autodoc169793617... I will go to my bank to open a dispute and pull my money back from those scammers..there is nothing to investigate...give me my money back. Waiting from 01/06 it is a disgrace.
