I returned an order and was never refunded. €100 out of pocket. Shocking, will never shop here again.

Returns policy is shocking
I had ordered a headlight from auto doc after putting in the type of car i had and all the information needed headlight was delivered and it wasn’t the correct one for my car and then they told me i need to pay for shipping myself to return it and it will not be reimbursed and it was half the price of the headlight would not recommend using this company.

Great service and rapid delivery.
Just received the bonnet struts for my wife's Merc C class (W205).
It took all of 5 days from ordering online to my front door ( Rep. of Ireland ). Don't get where all the negative reviews about the long delivery time comes from.
My local Mercedes garage wanted about €280 for the replacements of these bonnet struts and I did it all for less than €60. Took all of 5 mins to get both struts replace.
A great service,fantastic price and was kept well informed about the where abouts of my items.
Thanks and will defo do business again.

Low prices but not always value for money
It’s useful for parts, but whatever you do, don’t order the wrong part—because sorting it out is a nightmare. And if like me, you received the wrong part, It’s extremely difficult to speak to any representatives, and if you manage to get past the numerous blocks, the delay in response is terrible.
Regardless of the situation, if you seek a refund, they will attempt to charge you for return postage—even if, like me, you received the wrong part. Under EU consumer law, it is illegal for a trader to systematically charge customers for returning incorrect or faulty items. They appear to be offering some kind 'safe order' charge which again is not applicable under EU consumer regulation. If you receive a wrong or faulty item, you are not liable for the return shipping charges. I wonder how many customers have paid without knowing their consumer rights.
The shipping timeline is extremely long, with waiting times of up to two weeks in some cases. This is poor service, especially considering the already high shipping fees. Most retail platforms offer 2–3 day shipping, which is the norm nowadays.
I'd like to use Autodoc more because of its vast stock, but the awful customer service, suspect fees for returning items, expensive shipping charges, and long delivery times mean that I’m looking elsewhere now.
