Great customer service

Ordered the wrong part, with the wrong email. Silly me! Was still able to get a refund within 5 minutes of talking to the support. Jens was very helpful and efficient in resolving my issue. Great service.

Will never buy from here again needed…

Will never buy from here again needed my part to get to work the delivery kept getting rescheduled I am still yet to get my package and it's a week and a half after the estimated delivery date

Warning Needed

Everything was going great, found the item I was looking for , with good delivery time paid for it .... BUT after a couple of days and closet to the delivery date , received an email saying item was returned and a refund will follow.. No communication why this happened . When I tried to get in contact with customer service for answers AI response before I hope I was speaking to a real person.. Was told it could be the product was damaged and that why it was returned. But refund will follow... Shopping with the company has cost me alot more than just the price of the product.. Will not be using them again as they are not trusted..

Dear David,

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your order got damaged during transport with UPS.

When UPS decides to return the shipment to us, we are not given an update or reason. We only find out about it once it reaches us and we see that the parcel is damaged. We will then immediately initiate a refund and send you an update. This way you can quickly place a new order or choose a different way to acquire these products, without depending on us or the postal service.

Obviously it is frustrating when this happens to your order, we can agree on that. We resolve it this way because almost all of our customers are in a hurry to get their car parts, and we do not want to hold them up any longer than necessary.

We hope you can see we only did what we think is best given the circumstances. We would love to be of service to you again in the future.

I should have checked Trustpilot before ordering!

I placed an order for the tensioner. Couple of days later, the delivery status was changed to 'Label created'. This remained in this state for at least 6 days. When i contacted the company, they just asked me to wait longer.

Eventually, I contacted them again only to be told that the item was delivered in Ireland - not true! With some back and forth, they realised they didn't even post the item.

Very painful to deal with, no honest on their delivery schedule, customer service very lacking and downright unresponsive at times.

They cancelled my order and refunded my money! I didn't need the refund - I needed the car part!

Avoid!

All the Parts arrived safely

All the Parts arrived safely, on opening the box I was impressed with the detail that the person packing the goods went to all packed neatly with bubble wrap and secured.

I ordered a part on 20-3-26 & received…

I ordered a part on 20-3-26 & received confirmation but never received dispatch notice
I contacted customer service who told me part was not in stock but it would be sent out that evening after 2 days still no dispatch details and I was told my address was wrong which was not true and I did reply to state that now I cannot get any answer despite sending 3 emails & requesting a refund

Our parcels are dispatched from either France or the Netherlands. In some cases this can cause issues with orders that are going to Ireland, because of the difference in the way addresses are used. We would like to solve this issue for you.
