Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. We unfortunately ordered by our mistake a rug that was too small and had to return it to the London shop to exchange. All was taken care of by Adil who organised a new delivery at no additional cost and offered us coffee.
I would highly recommend visiting their London shop to see the products.

Hi Maryam,
Thank you so much for your lovely message and for sharing your experience with Atmacha! We’re thrilled that you’re happy with your new furniture and that you had such a good time working with us.
Your home turned out absolutely beautiful, and your colour choices were just perfect! 🥳 And oh my goodness, the Turkish music you shared was such a highlight for our team.🤩 We couldn’t resist playing it while we worked—we even had a little dance session to celebrate! 🕺🏻 You really brought some extra joy into the process, and we can’t thank you enough for that.
We’re so grateful for your kind words and support. If you ever need anything down the road, don’t hesitate to reach out. We hope your new furniture brings you tons of happiness!
All the best,

The worst quality
The worst quality - bought a bed for over 1500 and it broke after 3 years and I was advised I have to pay £450 to repair it (might aswell just buy a new bed!)
Totally avoid. It may look nice but it’s such a cheap bad quality and certainly not worth the price tag.

Svar fra Atmacha Home and Living
We're sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience. We take customer feedback seriously and aim to clarify the situation.
Our records indicate that the issue with your bed is due to accidental damage, which unfortunately is not covered under the standard manufacturer’s warranty. As the damaged part needs to be specially ordered and replaced, the quoted cost of £450 reflects both the price of the part and the associated logistics. Please understand that since the warranty period has expired and this damage is not manufacturing-related, we are unable to offer a free repair or replacement.
We do strive to provide products that balance design and durability, and we regret that this particular case did not meet your expectations. If you'd like to discuss alternative solutions or upgrades, we’d be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Atmacha Team
