Very poor communication, I have emailed a few times with no reply. Sofa was delivered with some damage so emailed with photo’s and still not heard anything.
The delivery company they use JBS 2 man delivery ltd only phone you the day before your sofa is due to be delivered. So it took 4 weeks for us to get our sofa.

I can’t fault the customer service and care M&H living provide there customers, they’ve been amazing with answering questions, and provided support every step of the way, will most certainly be returning ✨

I am very happy with my sofas, the service was excellent in everything, from the choice of color to the material. I can only express my sincere gratitude. I highly recommend visiting the store; you won't regret it. I made a 3.5-hour trip each way, a total of 7 hours of travel, and I don't regret it at all. The delivery was supposed to take 2 or 3 weeks, and it arrived in a week and a half, to my surprise. Thank you very much for everything.

Our sofa was delivered today and we are absolutely in love with it!! It is the perfect addition to our new home😍 everyone we have spoken to has been extremely helpful and the whole process, from ordering to the sofa being delivered has been extremely easy and smooth! The Lily corner sofa looks exactly how expected, however it is extremely firm and not the most comfortable to sit on.

If I could give 10 or even 100 stars, I would gladly do so. I wasn’t expecting much from the two 2-3 seater sofas I bought, especially considering the price. I was also unsure about the boucle/teddy fabric choice, but since it was a team decision with my husband, we went ahead with it. When the sofas arrived, I was pleasantly surprised—they were well packaged, and once unpacked, I was amazed at how stunning they looked. The color matched perfectly with my home and the boucle fabric proved to be stylish. Above all, sitting on them was an absolute delight. The sofas are sturdy and provide excellent support for my painful back, which is important to me after long working hours.
As a bonus, their amazing customer service offered to sent me 2 extra cushions, free of charge ☺️!! after i had enquired about them!! What more can a customer ask for!!
Overally, I am incredibly pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend these sofas to anyone looking for comfort and style.I must also comment once again on the great communication from customer service. They always responded promptly to my concerns. Delivery was excellent as well, with the company keeping me well informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Mandhliving, now hoping they do beds too!!

This company is amazing from start tp finish. They answer all your questions and go above and beyond. Ths quality js amazimg for the price and they make sure everything is just perfect and send you detailed comfirmation so you know exactly what you are getting. My pink velvet sofa is amazing. I thought it seemed quite low and they suggested sending me some gold feet to raise it.. defo reccomend
