Atmacha Home and Living Anmeldelser

I recently had a genuinely lovely experience with Atmacha Home And Living. Due to a mix-up, I received the wrong cushions in my order, which actually turned out to be a more expensive set. I contacted them to let them know, as I wanted to be honest and check how they would like to proceed.

Their response was incredibly warm, professional, and prompt. They were so kind and understanding, and very generously told me I was welcome to keep the cushions. I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture - it made me feel valued and cared for as a customer.

I have shopped with them before, and this experience has only strengthened my trust and loyalty. It is rare to come across such genuine customer service, and it has given me every confidence to continue supporting them for future home accessories. I would happily recommend Atmacha Home And Living to others.

Great experience always from atmatcha. Bought on two separate occasions and the pillows have come perfect and great delivery, and communication from the customer service team as well 10/10 recommend!

"This is actually the third rug I’ve bought from this brand! I got the previous two as gifts for my wife, and she absolutely loved them. I bought this one yesterday, and a friend of mine also went and bought the exact same model and color because she liked it so much. The colors are vibrant, the texture is soft, and it really makes the home feel cozy. Definitely a great purchase I highly recommend it!
Thanks for the quick delivery

The quality of the furniture is very good.would definitely buy again off them.
The guys that made it up were very professional and nothing to much trouble for them.

Sarah & Joseph

Really pleased with the service I received regarding my order for some cushion. A few days after placing my order I received a email saying there was a stock issue due to the manufacture of them.i was offered an alternative or refund and an apology for the inconvenience,as they were a Xmas box I was happy to wait and was told it would two weeks before they would be dispatched, however I received them days earlier than I expected, I was kept in the loop all the way could not fault them so thank you.

They messaged to say availability was delayed and did I want a refund or wait. I waited and it was only a few days later I received my lovely cushion

The quality for this price is perfect. And the customer representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent quality

My order arrived within the 7 day period and the goods exactly as described.

Terrible delivery time

This the best furniture company in London . I have dealt with them in 4 occasions for 4 of our family homes and they have never disappointed us . They are extremely professional with high standard furniture which we are pleased with . They even supported us in making changes to the furniture even when it was delivered . Their customer service is outstanding specially Adil who supported us from the start to finish. Even their manager is super helpful .

I recently bought a sofa from Atmacha Furniture and I’m really impressed. The delivery team were amazing - the sofa didn’t fit through my doors, but they carefully brought it in through the back garden without any issues. The sofa itself is great quality, comfortable and looks amazing in my home. I’m very happy with both the product and the service. Highly recommend!

Great costumer service. I bought my sofa , couches and dining chairs from them.

Quality products and beautiful furniture.
