Outstanding service. Jerry was so helpful in checking out a suitable mobile cover for my new samsung s26ultra. It had to be one that wouldn't interfere with the S Pen.
Wonderful communication and assistance and quality leather cases

I was sent the wrong case and realised within 24 hours. The company would not accept returns and the refund I was offered was only 30% of the cost of the Case. After over 20 emails of standing my ground they finally conceded to a £3.50 additional payment which was a nonsense as I wasn’t able to return it so I should not have had to pay an additional amount does not make sense. Do not buy from this company. Correspondence was AI and I was only funded the full amount when I went back to my credit card company and explained the situation. Do not buy from this company.

I had a query about my delivery as the tracking wouldnt work. I emailed them and got a quick response and an update on my delivery excellent service

I ordered the wrong “iPad case size” and sent an email to cancel the order. Shout out to Shey at the Customer Service team UK, who sorted out the cancellation and refund and most importantly, kept me updated. Have received the full refund and will order an iPad case from Astra in the right size!

My father ordered the incorrect case in error. When we contacted them they were fast and replying and sorting an exchange which was very much appreciated. Their customer service was amazing and how you would expect a company to be! Thank you! 🙂

I’m really happy with the product. The parcel took 9 days to arrive and in that time the tracking reference never worked. I didn’t receive notice from the delivery company to let me know it was being delivered. I had quickly received a friendly , helpful response when I finally contacted them for information.

I contacted Astra to return an iPad case that I no longer needed. This has been within the 30 days return policy.
I'm now on day 4 of trying to gain a returns address to which my messages are now being ignored. After repeatedly asking for a returns address, I kept getting offered a partial refund/a new iPad case/a full refund but deduction of postage even though I hadn't even sent the item back to them yet. The customer service of this company is appalling, they can't answer a simple question when I'm well within my right to send an item back in the time frame stated on the website. Also, the postage was incredibly slow even though it was shipped out royal mail 48hr - I'm assuming because their HQ is in Texas that this is shipped from America to a British company.
I wouldn't recommend this company as far as a I could throw them, this is based off their lack of customer service and avoidance to accept returns within the correct time frame.

I ordered incorrectly and after contact my order was corrected and a refund was made immediately, Delivery was then advised and was followed up at every stage. Honestly say this was the best service I'v ever had ordering on line, many thanks.
