While I was initially impressed with the quality of the product, the customer service experience has been unacceptable. Due to unclear compatibility information on the website, I received the wrong strap for my 42mm Apple Watch.

The resolution process took over two weeks and involved inconsistent information from multiple representatives: one offered a full refund, another offered only 30%, and a third attempted to charge me an additional $10 for the 'correct' item. Additionally, after waiting days for responses from their team, I was told my case would be closed if I didn't reply immediately over a weekend. While I have finally received a partial refund (minus shipping), the lack of internal communication and the dismissive nature of the support process mean I will not be a returning customer.

Its looks great with the apple watch. I got the largest size and it fits my husband perfectly!

Canned responses to requests for RMA. No phone number to follow up. I received an email this morning saying my order was on the way. I have already received and requested an RMA for bands that are too short, regardless of the sizing information. An AI search reveals that sizing is an issue with the nylon bands. F on BBB

I like the band because it is actually comfortable, durable, and I love the American Flag on the band. So far the velcro band is strong and durable.

Bought 2 straps- milanese band and nylon braided band. Both disappointing quality, esp the braided band. Yes I don't expect them to be of parallel superior quality as big A. but it's rather bad quality material used.

great product. I have the bands in orange, and one in black. fit is excellent with both bands. wears well and does not slide... I dive with my watch... after a month the straps show no deterioration and still look good...I am impressed.
