I placed a large order of around 10 kg of filament, and Anycubic thoughtfully split the shipment into two packages to ensure everything arrived safely. One of the colors came incorrect, so I contacted customer support. Their service was absolutely outstanding — fast, clear, and incredibly helpful. They guided me through every step and even let me keep the wrong filament while sending the correct one completely free of charge.

The filament quality is a solid 10, but the customer service was even better. It’s rare to find companies that treat customers this well. Highly recommended.

Had some questions about logistics and shipping time. I contacted Anycubic by email and received a reply back from them within a few hours. Customer service is number 1. They do stand behind their products which are top notch.

Suite a un problème sur mon screen lcd quelques jours apres la date de garantie, j ai pris contact avec le SAV qui a été très réceptif et un nouvel écran m a été envoyé! Top anycubic !

Anycubic Photon M7 - the printer is good and the support service is great

I've been dealing with Anycubic and their customer support for 2 years now. I'm very satisfied with their printers!! With the Kobra X, I've reached the fourth printer of their brand. They are very reliable and functional, excellent value for money, not to mention the customer support that responds very quickly and always manages to find the solution to your problems. I highly recommend using their printers.

Anycubic has been the best experience from all my 3d printers. I have 2 anycubic printers in total rn and just ordered my 3rd one here recently. Ive had less problems with my anycubic printers than any of my other 3d printers and highly recommend these printers for any newcomers just starting out in the 3d printing field. The anycubic printers are very easy to learn and use overall. They offer great prints most of the time. U will get fails sometimes but thats common with 3d printers. Ive had more successful prints with my anycubic 3d printers, than I've had with my other 3d printers. At the end of the day, anycubic is the way to go if ur new to 3d printing and also want a cost effective and reliable 3d printer as well. U can't go wrong with anycubic for FDM or Resin printers.

J'avais un problème sur mon ACE, après un seul mail de demande, il m'ont contacté et proposé une solution de meilleur qualité que ma demande. Ils ont aussi pris en charge l'envoie de la pièce défectueuse.
La totalité de la panne (entre la demande, la solution et l'envois) n'a prit qu'une semaine. Encore bravo pour votre diligence.

Malgré un dysfonctionnement important à l'installation de l'imprimante, le service d'aide en ligne a été très efficace dans le diagnostique, dans les instructions d'intervention ainsi que les vidéos et tutos dispo pour faciliter l'opération. C'est très rassurant d'avoir ce niveau de service.

Great Service, I was in need of help with my Wash & Cure MAX. I contacted support and they provided me with a few troubleshooting articles to work through which helped them Identify the issue and sent warranty parts. After installing the new parts the issue was fixed, took about a week between the articles, troubleshooting and receiving the warranty parts to get me back up and running....Very satisfied with the level of support given so much I have purchased a new Anycubic Kobra S1 Max Combo Printer...Keep up the good work.
