A follow up review after installation…
A follow up review after installation has been completed.
Amazing product, Waterboost Avant tank and Dab mini 3, Anglian helped me correctly specify, we now have consistent high pressure at all taps and showers and can run a garden sprinkler without any issues.
Getting the right advice and help made the difference.

Poor instructions
Poor instructions, you can’t use the app on the pump on multiple phones
Up to know I can’t see a pressure difference
Thank you for your quick response
But you are the manufacture as its branded your pump ?

Svar fra Anglian Pumping Services
Good Morning,
Sorry to hear you cannot see a pressure difference and struggle with the app.
These manufacturers have reduced paper versions and rely on info downloads now.
If I can be of any help please let me know.
Edited response - The software, APP, electronics and mechanical working parts are original manufacturer. The UK adaption is flow limiting to enable direct mains connection.

Good Morning,
Sorry if I had not replied to your last message on WhatsApp quick enough.
You had run 2 x DAB Jet pumps dry and melted the internal plastic parts.
1st pump I managed to help you get going, 2nd is completely overheated and destroyed, I cannot help with that, sorry.
I urge people to either use a professional installer or use Google, AI or YouTube to learn about pump installation.
You had installed these pumps against regulations and manufacturers design, hence they melted!
If you needed a new pump we have stock.

Fantastic productMy mum’s water pressure was about 6…
My mum’s water pressure was about 6 bars and the shower would trickle so washing was the worst experience and would take forever. With the water pressure booster the pressure has increased to 9 bars and you definitely feel the difference. I had the pump fitted by a plumber though, who was skeptical, even he was impressed!

Good Morning,
Many thanks for the great review. Sounds like should be a 5 star 😊.
Glad the WaterBoost worked so well. I think some plumbers are so used to just selecting what they see in local stores but if they did online research like end users they would find new amazing products.
Well done to you.

AVOID!
Anglian Pumping Services have absolutely awful customer service, as in there just isn't any.
Looking back through their feedback you'll find a very similar trend through 2026, with the MD's response to either be essentially they're doing great without your business or it's probably your (the customers) fault.
Best avoided at all cost.
FYI there are other companies nationwide that sell the same/very similar products and will price match, in fact having literally just purchased from up north and mentioning this ridiculous company I saved £40.
