Unfortunately TP were let down very badly by
APC Parcel Services who spent 15 seconds at the door 94 Persons within 40 meters) and disappeared late Friday. Abismal service and official complaint to APC who just did not take it seriously!
Certainly would use TP Pumps again - Good Service

The ordering process was simple enough…
The ordering process was simple enough and went well. What came through the post was an updated version and I wasn’t sure if it would fit my pump. It did however and it turned out that the webpage for this part needed updating. Siobhan assured me that I could get back to her if there were any problems. So 4 out of 5 overall with one star deducted for any out of date webpage.

The website provided precice information that allowed me to find the correct pump model to replace the defunct one on my weedwiper. The price was a fraction of what I was quoted by the O.E. manufacturer. Despatch was quick and delivery via APC who didn't mess about like other couriers have recently.
