Recommended bespoke system to supply high pressure supply to Japanese Toilet. Works great.

The WB booster 3.0 is a good pump and very quiet. It manages and regulates the temperature very well to all showers/taps.

Last Pump like this Ran over 10 years this replacement Arrived well packed , in good order and on time .
Put the new Pump straight to work and it’s still pumping ! Perfect.

Prompt response and extremely prompt delivery - as paid for but been the extra mile in ensuring a before 10:30 delivery despite late order.

The item was never dispatched. We were given several differing excuses as to why this was. I wouldn’t use them again and I’m only giving a 1 star because there isn’t a zero!

The products are good although we can't deal with this company any more there customer service for after sales is the worst experience ever , they seem to think it's a joke not delivering the item , respond to emails with its being delivered to , had this email 3x and then 1 to say they tried,

The product that I was looking for was exactly the thing I wanted, although there was a little technanical problem which was that the design of the pump was a bit different from the UK regulation. The plug of the pump is designed for European sockets (2 ports) and when I wanted to use the pump, I had to cut the original plug and change it to a UK plug (3 port).

The pump/tank system we wanted wasn’t in stock but they went out of their way to provide the perfect solution.

We ordered an accumulator with charging pump. The product arrived no problem. The issue was the after sales. The person on the end of the technical customer service WhatsApp had an awkward attitude. Very curt and unhelpful responses. Refused to speak over the phone despite the instructions being very vague. Ended up calling the manufacturer for more helpful advice. We have installed accumulator tanks before and I'm an experienced plumber/heating engineer of over 20 years. Did not feel it was fair to speak to me like I didn't know what I was doing when the instructions are so unclear with relation to the charging pump. A really poor attitude. Would not purchase from here again.

The pump works well when it is working and does not make too much noise. The problem was that the instruction for set up are not very clear. For instance it tells you to prime the pump, but it does not tell you the need to also prime the hose that is drawing the water. Also I found that the outlet siphons the water if attached to a flexible tube. To overcome this I needed to fit a solid copper pipe to the outlet to the height of about 18 inches to stop the siphoning effect. None of this is shown in the instruction or mentioned as a possible problem. Otherwise this is a good solid product and has a good price tag which was quickly delivered.
