Good prompt service. Courtesy car provided was new and clean. The gentleman who collected my car was friendly and efficient. Repairs to my car were done well and ahead of schedule. Overall good
The biggest difficulty was getting the car to your garage. I was going back and forth between you and the insurer. Initially I got a booking date of over a month later which was just not going to work for various reasons. I was constantly told of how much backlog there was and felt you were labouring a point- I understand that may well be the case but it didn’t need that much repetition. Eventually you arranged for the vehicle to be repaired much earlier-The gentleman who collected my car was very understanding of my situation. I was given an ETA much further than expected but the repair was done much faster.I got my car back polished and valeted. Overall, some issues at the beginning but equally some great positives which I would rather focus on. Thank you 11410
