High standard repair
Our vehicle was repaired to a high standard after another vehicle damaged the side of the car. We were kept up to date about the repairs and even though we waited longer than expected due to availability of equipment for the repair, we were always in the know about when we may get the car back. 11743

Shocking service both by Alton Cars and…
Shocking service both by Alton Cars and Enterprise accident management.
After someone drove into my car, Hastings passed the repair to Enterprise who then appointed Alton Cars Huddersfield to carry out the repair work. Without any consultation, Alton cars Leeds phoned to advised the car needed to go to their Leeds garage rather than Huddersfield.
I was initally advised on the 28th March, I'd be looking at around 2 weeks for the repair and the car to be returned.
Then on the 8th April is was advised by Alton cars it would be around 5 working days.
I've had little communication with regards updates, which I was advised I would receive.
Today having not heard anything further I chased up an update, to be told "due to their workload" my estimated completion date will now be the 30th April.
Unsatisfactory. If they are too busy, they shouldn't have taken the work on!!!!

Quick repair
I brought my car for a damage assessment a week or so before and it was quick and easy. It was explained to me what they needed to do. I bought the car back a few days ago and was provided a courtesy car. Within two days my car was back to me better than it went in, the exterior was so clean and the alloy wheels looked brand new. Overall, it was a great experience and everyone was so nice. 11705

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. They took the time to ensure that pictures were taken of car [Toyota] for the company and I as the customer. This was to ensure that boundaries were identified and both sides knew exactly what the starting point of the vehicle to be worked on. They listened to what I had to say and took the time to look at concerns regardless of how minimal and always ensured that I was informed of what steps they were going to take and kept me updated; the car was even taken back in to complete a small job at a convenient time for all! The service, for my first experience with Alton cars was extremely positive due to the personal touch of all involved. Thanks to all the staff for making a difficult time easy and smooth! 11690
