The process was smooth throughout.
The process was smooth throughout and I was kept well informed. A possible improvement would be a better / rough forecast of the timescales at the outset. Plus more information about the actual repair itself but when asked the Engineer gave a very good explanation of what work was due to be carried out.

From the first contact onwards..
From the first call to arrange the collection of my damaged vehicle to collecting it back, shiny as new, everyone I spoke to or met was knowledgeable and professional. Their premises are clean and well-presented, which, in itself, gives the impression that your vehicle will be well cared for.
I was offered a courtesy car, which I gratefully accepted. After collecting the car, I realised that I had not been provided with any information on what to do if the vehicle broke down or had a puncture, etc. I realise that I only had to ring the company for help but some written information on pick up may be helpful for some people.
I was able to follow the progress of the repair online, so I had no need to ring and enquire and when it came time to collect my repaired vehicle, the handover was quick and efficient.
All told, after the bad experience of my accident, the repair process was stress-free. Many thanks for that. 11124
