Friendly attentive staff, first repair survey covered all items requiring attention. Slight delay in parts delivery - contacted with details - repair completed well inside target date. Excellent repair and finish, just as it came from the showroom 8 years ago!!!

Cant fault the service or work carried out and would recommend with confidence. 13045

Happy my car didn't get written off after getting crashed into.
Couldn't be happier with the outcome of the repairs.
Looks as good as new and hasn't been this clean with the car valet since I bought it.
Friendly staff, kept me updated on the ETA of repairs while waiting on a part, even recommended some other garages near me when I enquired about a future wetbelt replacement.
10/10 would highly recommend. 13040

GOD Bless her a million 🙏

Great experience with Alton Cars. Damage to my car was completely repaired and looks great. They ran things very smoothly. I was able to use a courtesy car while my car was with them which was very helpful. Also great communication throughout.

Very efficient, reception staff pleasant to talk to, car was spotless on pick up and very satisfied with the damage repair. 12965

At the beginning I was kept up to date regularly - but then after a few weeks I struggled to find out what was happening and had numerous delays that were only communicated last minute (after I’d changed my work plans)… and sometimes only because my car hire was auto renewed.

When the work was done though and delivered I was very happy - and the guy delivering it was fab. There was an issue with the seat so I had to pop it back to site for them to resolve and whilst again it took numerous attempts to organise it did get done in the end. 12947

Big thanks to the team at Alston Motors at Sheffield for taking great care of my Nissan. Their service was professional, reliable, and completed much faster than expected. Communication was top-notch from start to finish. I’m completely satisfied with the work done and will definitely be returning! 12938

Excellent everything went accordingly and on time. I really appreciate their service. Thank you Altons my car looks as great as expected 😊 12935

My car went in for an accident repair and I asked them to carry out a small repair which was nothing to do with the accident This they agreed to do and I signed to say that I would pay for the repair. When the car was returned to me the accident repair had been carried out satisfactory but the small repair had not been done, not only that I found out later that a tire inflator which was in the boot well had gone missing. I reported this to them by email several times and tried to phone them without success and eventually I got to speak to someone who said the service manager would return my call when he had finished what he was doing. I am still waiting!!

In general I was very pleased with the service provided by Alton Cars. The repairs carried out were to a high standard and the driver who collected and delivered my car back to me was friendly and professional; I was impressed that this service was offered. On two occasions I found it difficult to get through on the phone to speak to anyone and I would've welcomed a little more pro-activity but, overall, this wasn't a problem and shouldn't detract from my otherwise high opinion of the service provided by Alton Cars. 12921

Everyone I spoke too were really friendly and helpful. Special call out to the lady on reception and your teams who contacted AA to find out why my alloys had been declined and got approval for them to be repaired. They got me in super quick, and fixed them while I waited. 12919
