Ast Autocentre Anmeldelser

I’m over the moon with my car I have brought from AST. The customer service was amazing and I highly recommend. I have also traded in my car which puts the pressure off on having to sort it out. All my questions were answered and I even got my car delivered which was a bonus. Thank you so much

I've been to 5 different mechanics and can honestly say ONLY this garage have managed to sort my problem out with my Mercedes, all the others couldn't work out what was causing my front knocking noise. AST Auto Centre know what they're doing and have the experience. Dont bother with other garages

Used AST again today and what an absolute brilliant service. Cannot fault them, my MOT failed and they managed to carry out the repairs same day and re-test it to get me back on the road asap!. Would highly recommended this garage.

Not really happy to be honest. I went to get MOT done and they failed my MOT saying there was something wrong with my suspension pin brush. Bear in mind my car has only done 33k miles and passed last MOT at 29k with no adviseries. How can a car that's done 29k miles pass and then 33k fail? So I took it to Joel and he quoted me £1k to repair the whole issue. Now check this out, after I left, I went to another mechanic who does MOT and he said there was nothing wrong with suspension at all!!!!! Will never take any of my cars back again! Absolutely fob offs! They'll pull your pants down!

Friendly welcoming staff, every detail of the work carried out was covered before, during and after by very polite staff. All the work carried out successfully and bang on time...definitely will use AST Aylesbury again. Thank you, well done all.

Only chose this garage because of my RAC warranty but I can say it's the best garage we have ever used in thirty years of car ownership. First Damian was super helpful and inspired a lot of confidence, then Joel was amazing, called me three times and advised the diagnosis thoroughly with no jargon. He even told us he'd sort out the warranty claim without us asking.
Nothing was too much trouble and on top of that very friendly and positive.
Best customer service experience- we will be back! Thank you

great service, communication was good, keep me updated throughout. would recommend

Our recent experience with AST Auto Centre left us thoroughly impressed, prompting me to share my positive feedback.

We were in Nottingham visiting family when we realised that our car's MOT was due, creating a bit of an unexpected situation.
In a bit of a bind, we contacted AST Auto Centre, and to our delight, they not only accommodated us on short notice but also delivered exceptional customer service.

The team at AST was incredibly understanding of our situation, and their willingness to fit us into their schedule promptly was truly appreciated.
The MOT service provided by AST was not just efficient but also conducted with a high level of professionalism.
The staff demonstrated a keen attention to detail, ensuring that our car was thoroughly inspected. Moreover, they communicated any necessary details clearly and transparently, which added to our overall satisfaction.

The convenience and flexibility offered by AST truly stood out during our visit to Nottingham. It's not every day that you find a car company that goes above and beyond to accommodate customers, especially those who are not local. Their commitment to customer service has left a lasting positive impression on us.

Thank you AST for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience, and we highly recommend your services. We greatly appreciate your excellent service.

So helpful and polite would definitely use them again.

Lots of communication and great service

Thank you

I can't praise this garage enough!! They are so helpfull, my car needed a big job doing and they explainded everything to me. My car was in 3 times and each time they were fantastic. When they say it will be 2 hours or 4 they don't keep you waiting. As a women I have ecperienced garages taking advatage but these guys were so amazing. She sorted out my warrenty for me. I am more than happy and will always take my mercedes to them. Highly recommend this garage 100 %

The best garage in Nottingham, always delivers with the best price & top quality work. AST always go above and beyond.

Great service, no issues, prices upfront and updated throughout. There’s a reason why they are so busy and it’s always a roadblock outside!..

Really good service from AST Auto Centre. They sorted my car quickly and efficiently. Trustworthy and great value for money. Recommended, I will be taking my car there from now on, thanks

Excellent garage. Been using this garage for a couple of years now. Never had a problem. They`ve got a MOT station and a tyre place around the corner for all your tyre needs. Joel and his staff are great. Nothing too much trouble to help solve a problem.
There`s not many good reliable and honest garages about nowadays. But you won`t go wrong at this garage. Give them a try and you won`t be disappointed.
