This is my first laser and it has been amazing. The laser was easy to put together and use. If there are any questions, the website has a variety of support links.
I would recommend a laser from ACMER for anyone who is starting out in laser engraving.

I've been really impressed with my ACMER laser. Setup was straightforward, and I was engraving projects much sooner than I expected. The engraving quality is sharp, the cuts are clean, and the machine has been reliable throughout my use.

I've worked with a variety of materials, including wood and leather, and the results have been consistently impressive. The machine feels well-built, runs smoothly, and offers excellent precision. There is a bit of a learning curve if you're new to laser engraving, but that's true of any laser, and there are plenty of resources available to help you get started.

Overall, I think ACMER delivers an excellent balance of quality, performance, and value. Whether you're getting started with laser engraving or adding another machine to your workshop, I would definitely recommend it.

Acmer p3 48/24w is my first engraver - I am very satisfied with it. It is a robust, fast, very powerful machine. I just had a problem with the switch on the laser head and support immediately sent me a replacement part under warranty.

I was gifted the P2 20w Acmer laser engraver by my husband in October of 2024. I have picked up doing Tumblers and had the privilege of providing custom tumblers to 5 of our local fire stations! I love the way the P2 creates a clean crisp line and details to give each of my designs a clean professional look!

Livraison rapide et super bien emballée.
J'ai dû faire appel au support technique, pour un soucis avec la dernière version de Lightburn, ils ont été très sympathiques et professionnels, même si ce n'était pas de leur faute.

Mi primer maquina laser fue una ACMER S2 de 7W, la compre en Mercado Libre en mi país (MÉXICO), y todo bien, por lo que este año decidí comprar otra ACMER S2 de 36W directamente en ACMERLASER
COM tardo un poco el envío pero es lógico por la distancia, pero valió la pena, ya trabajo más rápido, estoy pensando cual será mi siguiente equipo

У меня много знакомых которые занимаются различными поделками как хобби. Мне нравилось это направление и я периодически сочиняя макеты шел к ним за воплощением своих идей... Но всегда хотелось мыть более мобильным в своих реализациях. И Вот подготовив место для установки своего оборудования я сделал главный шаг - заказал станок Acmer P2 10W!
Почему Acmer? Я перед этим долго изучал тему, советовался со знающими друзьями, смотрел обзоры в интернете и... пришел к выводу, что по соотношению качества, точности и возможности это хорошая марка и достаточно обширная картотека прикладного оборудования - своего рода экосистема от Acmer!
О чем я сейчас? О какой экосистеме? Поработав пару месяцев на P2 10W я понял, что в некоторых задачах мне не хватает мощности! Вперед! Купил дополнительный модуль на 33W! Теперь появилась гибкость и в зависимости от материала и требуемой точности, можно было играться сменой блока лазера для ускорения в получении конечного результата, или для более тонкой работы с 10W модулем...
Купил поворотный механизм, и появилась возможность работвть с бутылками или круглыми деревянными предметами...
В общем я доволен!
На сегодняшний день я имею полугодичный опыт работы с различным оборудованием и переферийными устройствами под брендом Acmer, и я рекомендую это оборудования как простое, и надежное!

I bought a P2 20W last year. It's a very good quality machine, which I highly recommend.

It is indeed a very good machine and I'm very happy with it.

I just had a small problem this year with a return pulley. I contacted customer service, who responded very quickly, and they found a solution to my problem very soon. I will therefore receive the damaged part at my home very soon.

I picked up an ACMER P3 with both the diode and IR modules, and also got the AP220 air purifier right away. Been using it for a while now, and overall I’m really happy with it so far.

I mostly use the diode module for plywood and leather, and it handles both without any issues. I specifically got the IR module for metal because marking metal used to be a real headache before. Now I can make labels and small logos properly without wasting time messing around with settings. Also, it’s nice not having to keep two separate machines in the workshop.

Another thing I liked is that the machine comes basically ready to use. I’ve seen enough “DIY assembly” machines where you lose half a day just setting everything up. With this one, I just unpacked it, connected everything, and started working. The enclosed корпус also turned out to be really useful — less noise, and way less smoke and dust spreading around.

I was also pleasantly surprised by ACMER’s software. It’s very user-friendly and easy to figure out. It definitely doesn’t fully replace LightBurn, but for quick and simple jobs it works great. The camera runs smoothly too, unlike LightBurn where it sometimes lags.

The AP220 filter was a good surprise as well. Suction power is strong, and it’s actually quieter than I expected. Before, when cutting plywood, the whole workshop would smell like burnt wood. Now it’s noticeably better.

adquirí ACMER P1 S pro de 20w, va fenomenal , ha superado mis expectativas de corte y rapidez, tanto en madera como en metal , muy contento por la compra, además he consultado varias cosas al fabricante y rápidos en contestar

ACMER is supporting me very well. My P3 belts were not listed on the website, and they quickly sourced the belts I needed, and with prompt delivery. I have also ordered a 48/24W laser head and other spare parts. They are currently working on quoting me spare wire harnesses for my P3 as well. I started with an S1, and I run both machines at the same time.

Like my Acmer P3, 48 watt. Still on a steep learning curve. The lens cover feel off and got damaged. Needed to replace it. Contacted Acmer, and a replacement will be provided from the warehouse.

One of my friends went through a laser engraving phase and after they had their fun with it gave it to me unfortunately he lost the laser cover but the support team was quick to help me with getting a replacement for it and I'm looking forward to trying it out myself but all of his engravings turned out super clear and he hasn't had any issues with it so I'm beyond excited to get the replacement part ordered and start engraving everything in my apartment

Mi experiencia con la rapidez y atención del servicio de acmer ha sido increíble, les doy un 1000/10 👌🏽🫶🏽. Me atendieron super bien y resolvieron mi duda y a parte me enviaron un vídeo tutorial que me sirvió de mucha más ayuda.
