Ha sido una experiencia satisfactoria, aunque cuando me llegó hubo algún problema, me ofrecieron el cambio por una máquina totalmente nueva y retiraban la anterior, por cuestiones de tiempo y demás preferí la devolución y una vez comprobado por su parte todo ha sido un buen final, comunicativos y comprensivos, no todo es cuestión solo de que el producto sea bueno o no, que no es malo, sino el trato de la empresa y tu personal, un trato excelente en todo momento, un placer poder comprar con esa tranquilidad

I genuinely regret buying from Acmer. The positive reviews are extremely misleading.
I bought the P2 and it has been nothing but issues from day one. It’s unreliable, frustrating to use, and clearly not a polished product.
What’s even worse is their customer service. It’s an absolute nightmare. They stall, deflect, and make the return process as difficult as possible. It feels intentional.
When you finally manage to send the unit back, they’ll claim everything is “working perfectly” and still charge you a 20% restocking fee. It’s a complete joke.
This company does not stand behind their product, and they definitely don’t care about the customer experience.
Do yourself a favor. stay far away. There are plenty of better, more reputable laser printing companies that won’t put you through this.

Pues la verdad la experiencia ha sido muy muy buena, me regalaron esta impresora para mi cumpleaños y tuve un problema con ella, hablé con el fabricante y tras enviarle el vídeo del problema, me dijeron que sus técnicos ya sabían cuál era y que le enviase una pieza que me enviaban una nueva y exacto ese era el problema, así que tengo que destacar que el trato, rapidez y capacidad de solución del fabricante fue de lo mejor que he visto nunca.

I contacted Acmer Laser back on November 24th with a question about purchasing a machine. I received an initial reply stating that my question had been forwarded to their "technical experts" and that I should wait patiently for an email.
It is now 4 months later, and absolutely no one has contacted me. If it is this difficult to get a response when you are trying to buy a laser, I can only imagine how terrible their after-sales support must be once they actually have your money. Terrible customer service and zero follow-through.

Reach out to them about multiple issue they help fix them as well as I moved and in the move I lost the laser cover and they gave me a few different options they could help me get one great customer service I will continue to use there products and will be a customer of there for a long time

My P2 33W burner simply wouldn't start one fine morning... I contacted ACMER's customer service by email, and they responded within 48 hours, beginning to assess the problem. They asked me for photos and videos so that their (excellent) engineers could find the right solution. After exchanging parts and receiving very helpful instructions via videos and photos, my burner was back in its place in my workshop, and I was able to complete my current orders. Thank you all, and sorry to have disrupted some of your New Year's celebrations... Best regards.

I am using an Acmer S1 6 watt
I am using an Acmer S1 6 watt for engraving black slate and white tile coasters. The machine was easy to set up. I adjusted the machine to the engraving program I am using and just started going.
It has been fun and is quickly becoming an amazing hobby!!

I bought a p2 33watt, it arrived quite quickly and I had it up and running in no time, I used it for about a month but then realized the power was reducing I contacted acmer, and after doing some tests on their behalf found that three of the diodes in the laser head had stopped working they arranged a replacement which took a couple of weeks to come and that is fitted and working fine I have returned to the old one to them with a return label paid by them

Honestly: stay away
If I could go back in time, I would never buy from this company. It has caused me so much unnecessary stress.
I ordered a P2 Laser but it arrived faulty. Support was extremely slow, asked for endless video proof, and we went back and forth for over a month. Their return policy charges ~30%, which isn't even legal in the EU. I ended up taking it to a local engineer who found the cables were defective. It works now — no thanks to Acmer.
On top of that, I ordered materials that were never shipped. When I contacted them, they offered something completely different. Getting a refund has been a nightmare — they keep requesting private information that they have no legal right to ask for. They are legally obligated to refund undelivered products, yet they make it as difficult as possible.
Support is unfriendly, unhelpful, and not solution-oriented. I have never experienced anything this bad. Stay away from this company.

j ai acheter la graveuse laser s1 pro, et quand j ai voulu l utiliser la tête laser ne fonctionnait pas , donc j envoi un mail pour leur signalé et il mon proposer de faire des tests par rapport a la tête laser , j ai fait le premier test et c était pareil, et par la suite il fallait encore faire d autres tests et la je leur ai dit que cela n était pas de ma compétence, apres leur avoir envoyer des vidéos et pas mal de mail je suis toujours dans l attente de la nouvelle tete laser et cela faire 2 mois et le problème n est toujours pas résolu. pour moi le SAV n est pas très professionnel et je ne vous parle pas de la GARANTI ........

La livraison très rapide pour la France.
Le service client est très réactif avec une bonne communication.

From when I firstly ordered my ACMER P3,I was given tracking details and it arrived in a short time.
A surprisingly big box came,once I unboxed it,the setting up/using it/connecting it to a pc was so easy.
A very well put together machine,with an amazing speed thanks to it's clever design.
The integrated camera makes ensuring your cuts are perfect.
Highly recommended for any laser enthusiast,especially with the choice of different lasers to fit this.

Ich habe jetzt seid ca. 1 Jahre den Acmer p3 48 Watt Laser. Leider hatte ich In diesem einen Jahr vermehrt Probleme mit der Referenzfahrt. Grund dafür war ein Kabelbruch vom Endschalter an der x Achse. Ein halbes Jahr später dann auf der y Achse. Bei allen Problemen, wurde mir von seitens des kundersupport Acmer
Immer weitergeholfen. Ob es bei der Anfang die schnelle Antwort, Problemlösung oder die Zusendung von kostenlose Ersatzteil. Die Unterstützung ist wirklich vorbildlich und lobenswert.
Noch mal Danke an das Acmer Team.
