I was assisted by Dolores today regarding an issue with several missing feeds that I required urgently. Dolores addressed my query within minutes and promptly resolved the issue. Within a short time, the matter was fully resolved. The team consistently provides excellent support and is always incredibly swift in responding to and resolving queries.

A2X provides the BEST support! They reply quickly, go above and beyond -- and have made working in Xero with A2X so easy. They completely take the stress out of accounting as I always know that if I'm stuck, I will have support to figure out how to do. As a newbie to accounting systems, I wouldn't have been able to do it without the customer support A2X gives.

We were a brand new company last year and started selling on Shopify platform. A2X has made it much less painful to handle the accounting/txns ourselves, and sync everything (including COGs) perfectly into QBO. We recently started selling on Amazon and am now enjoying the seamless integration.

A solid software system, box ready. Tried alternatives to save cash but in the end you get what you pay for. Not cheap but it is robust and gives peace of mind. Long may they continue, great work. Also live chat is probably the best I have ever experienced. Works incredibly well.

It's super expensive for what it does. Very annoying that 2 subscriptions need to be paid for Amazon & Etsy. They overcharged me for months. Got some back in refunds. Have transferred to a different company that is much cheaper and does exactly the same thing.

A2X is the most important software in our business. We use it for all of our e-commerce bookkeeping clients. It helps to automate the bookkeeping for all the main channels our clients use and also gets the results more accurately than manual processes would. This then enables to give our clients the timely and accurate financial insights our clients need to manage their businesses effectively.

I have used A2X to post Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy income for dozens and dozens of ecommerce businesses, while running the first ecommerce accounting practice, Catching Clouds, for over a decade. Nothing posts income per channel per payment processor to Xero or QuickBooks Online better and with more accuracy.
