A2X just rolled out the monthly Amazon Summary Report - it is amazing! I just used this for the first time and love it! It is so easy to use. I got the report in seconds when comparatively I was receiving an error message on the Amazon site. This new feature will save a lot of headaches for me at month end close!

Lovely bit of software - does exactly what you expect it to do and in case of any queries, I am continuously impressed how knowledgeable the people are - answers are clear and informative and problems just seem to get sorted - just what you want!

I was having trouble transferring access to this handy tool after an accountant left, and initially just tried to do things myself because I rarely have an experience with support that is anything more than frustrating. When I hit a wall, I clicked the icon in the lower right of the site, got routed to Kim through their AI assistant, and she helped me resolve the issue even though it required a couple days to get all the way there. Restored my faith in humanity.
