Very poor service and extremely disappointing experience. My case has been urgent for over 1 month and it is still not resolved. Communication is terrible — I either get no response or very delayed replies, and every time a different person replies, which clearly shows that no one is taking responsibility for the case. There is no single person managing the matter properly from start to finish.

On top of that, there is no direct contact number to speak to someone and get urgent issues addressed. For a company handling important VAT and compliance matters, this level of service is unacceptable. My case has had serious consequences for my business, yet all I keep receiving are vague responses like “we are looking into it.”

This has been one of the worst service experiences I have had. I would not recommend Taxually if you need timely, responsible, and professional support.

Highly responsive team and transparent in terms of the pricing, timelines etc. We have used them for one customer as on date ffor enabling VAT Registration and filings in the UK, and the feedback from that customer is also excellent. Now to just grow our business with Taxually.

spent a lot of time researching different service providers a few months ago before finally choosing Taxually, and I honestly couldn't find a better deal in terms of value for money. One of the biggest game-changers for me was their monthly payment option—I believe they’re the only ones offering this flexibility, and it makes a huge difference for a business!

I’m now using their services for the second time to handle the VAT registration and filings for my new company in Germany and Italy.

Reading through some of the negative reviews, it seems many people don't realize that VAT processing times depend on the local tax authorities, not on Taxually themselves. From my experience, Taxually is incredibly efficient at managing the parts they can control.

Taxually is a useful platform for handling tax compliance. It helps simplify VAT processes but some features could be improved.

Eine einzige Katastrophe . Komplett unzuverlässiger Firma. Seid 4,5 Monaten warte ich auf die Ustr id in Italien, Support katastrophal , antworten erst viele Tage spater wenn überhaupt, Probleme müssen mehrfach übermittel werden, es kommen aber keine Lösungen. Ausser "geben wir weiter" kommt dann aber nichts zurück. Dann wieder alles von vorne. Hat ganz ok angefangen vor rd 1,5 Jahren werden aber seit Anfang 2025 immer schlechter. Ich werde hier wieder kündigen

Working with Taxually since end 2024 for our VAT compliance in EU and UK, primarily for our sales via Amazon FBA. Works well, and I notice that the platform (web portal) is continuously improving. Response times from the helpdesk are good and helpful. Overall, happy customer.

Expérience très décevante avec Taxually.

Leur système n’a pas correctement traité mes demandes de récupération de TVA. J’avais identifié le problème et étais en échange avec leur support, mais la déclaration de TVA allemande a été validée avec erreur et sans mon accord.

Aujourd’hui, Taxually me demande 200€ pour corriger cette erreur, alors qu’elle provient de leur propre traitement.

Actuellement j'ai le même soucis avec la déclaration en Italie et Taxually n'a toujours pas corrigé le problème. A croire qu'ils attendent la soumission de la TVA pour pouvoir à nouveau réclamer les 200€ de frais de correction ?

Je constate également une tarification très opaque :

Obtention de numéro de TVA annoncé à 425€, finalement payé 200€ après discussions.
Abonnement mensuel annoncé à 85€ ou 50€, finalement 25€ dans mon cas...

Les prix semblent clairement variables selon les clients. Pensez à négocier avant de vous engager.
Et si vous êtes déjà chez eux, pensez à négocier votre tarif mensuel si vous payez plus de 25€ !

Enfin, attention aux avis récents : Taxually a proposé 3 mois gratuits en échange d’un avis sur Trustpilot... Autant dire que l'on comprend mieux les avis positifs de ces dernières semaines...

En résumé : service client peu réactif, manque de fiabilité, et tarification peu transparente.
Difficile de travailler sereinement avec eux. Soyez vigilant.

La experiencia es muy positiva, ya que directamente con las transacciones de AMZ , nos confeccionan, proponen y presentan después de nuestra aceptación las declaraciones de IVA en estos países. Nosotros realizamos la supervisión y el pago de los importes propuestos, todo ello nos ayuda mucho en cumplir los requisitos fiscales en todos los países y que nosotros nos podamos dedicar a nuestras actividades propias. Son eficientes y bastante ágiles en contestar a cualquier consulta o requerimiento. Habitualmente siempre mediante email, lo cuál facilita el correcto seguimiento de cualquier proceso, en cualquier momento , hora o fecha. From the beginning, communication has been smooth and professional. They are the worst company we have dealt with and trust ed for our VAT compliance. We are considering taking legal action against as we never had any correspondence from them in terms of where we stand with our VAT compliance. Only up to the sale point, they were good enough but ever since we signed up with them, they seem like a ghost company as no exists. Avoid them.

Bugs + impossibilité de répondre vite. J'ai souvent des erreurs. Il y a un système pour renvoyer les données avec correction (montants erronés pour les ventes vine, TVA OSS mélangé avec la TVA non OSS, etc). Mais si aucun human est disponible pour valider, les déclarations de TVA sont faites avec beaucoup de retard, les pénalités étant alors à notre charge. Pas de prise de responsabilité de taxually. Si leur site ne marche pas et qu'on a une amende, c'est notre problème et au mieux ils peuvent faire des TVA correctives pour 150 € / mois (Quand ils font des erreurs, à vous de choisir si vous préférez une amende de 10%, ou payer un TVA erronée corriger plus tard par Taxually pour 150 €).

This is our experience using Taxually for VAT compliance in the Netherlands.

Issue 1: VAT penalty.
Taxually did not submit a corrected VAT return for Q2 2025 to the Dutch tax authority, and we started receiving penalty notices for unpaid tax. Each time we raised it, Taxually assured us no action was needed as the corrected return showed €0 due, and the penalties kept growing. After 6 months of follow-ups, the corrected return was finally submitted, but the issue is still not resolved and no clarification on the current status with the Dutch tax authority has been provided by Taxually.

Issue 2: Subscription cancellation.
A formal request to suspend the Taxually subscription was submitted in November 2025. After four follow-ups over 5 months, billing continues and no steps have been taken to process the cancellation.

As of today:
- The VAT penalty has not been cancelled.
- Subscription charges continue to be billed.
- Support responds only once every 1–2 weeks, typically just to say they will come back within a few days.
There is no clear ownership of the issue or access to a responsible person who can actually resolve the problems caused by Taxually.

Both cases follow the same pattern: no action without chasing, no resolution without repeated follow-ups. We would not recommend Taxually to other businesses.

We started working with Taxually two years ago and have been very satisfied with the service provided.
The platform is easy to use, and the support team is responsive and friendly.
Any requests received from tax authorities have always been handled professionally and resolved efficiently.
