Will was amazing at explaining the options and stepping us thru the mapping out steps

When a QBO outage caused a hiccup in my A2X connection resulting in no updates for 10 days (which I didn’t know about), I was able to chat with Andrea, and then jump on a quick screen share and phone call with her so we could sort all the hiccups out. Stuff goes wrong in software, but what a GIFT and utter joy to have a cheerful, intelligent human to help you get on track when it does!

I worked with Robert from the support team. After my initial chat contact, he responded in less than five minutes. A2X has been extremely user-friendly, but today I had a procedural question that had me stumped. Rober answered my question within moments and I fully understood the procedure.

I have had the best onboarding experience with Nora who patiently walked me through the features of A2X and explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. I feel very well supported and am excited to continue to use A2X which makes life a lot easier for me! A big thumbs up for the customer experience and its not so daunting when you have such excellent customer support - 5 stars for me!

Fantastic product backed by exceptional support

We’ve had a genuinely excellent experience with A2X, both in terms of the product itself and the support we’ve received from Juliet and her team.

A2X is a very strong product and does exactly what you need it to do. It takes what can be a complicated area of e-commerce accounting and makes it far more structured, reliable and manageable.

For us, one of the biggest benefits has been its ability to handle multiple Shopify accounts operating in different currencies and bring everything accurately into a single Xero organisation. That could easily become a very manual and messy process, but A2X has made it far simpler to manage, reconcile and report on.

The integration and reporting are clear, and once properly configured it removes a significant amount of manual work from the finance process while also improving confidence in the numbers.

What has particularly stood out, though, is the level of customer support.

Juliet and the team have been fantastic from the outset. Response times are incredibly quick, instructions are clear and easy to follow, and they are always willing to take the time to properly understand the issue rather than simply sending a generic response.

Where we have needed additional help, they have effectively held our hand through the process, explaining what needs to be done and why, and making sure everything is working correctly before moving on.

That level of support makes a huge difference, particularly when dealing with multiple Shopify stores, different currencies and a more complex accounting setup.

It’s rare to find a software business that combines a genuinely good product with such responsive and knowledgeable customer service.

I would have no hesitation recommending A2X to any e-commerce business, accountant or finance team looking to improve the accuracy and efficiency of their accounting.

We haven't started using the software just yet but will be over the next couple of days now that our set-up is complete. Lana has been super friendly and helpful over video calls and with follow-up emails. Couldn't have asked for better. Haven't felt rushed or like I was asking too many questions and Lana really took the time to explain and help us with our mapping and to follow up on ou questions if she needed to get more information. Hoping the rest of our experience with A2X is just as good, looking forward to working with them. Thanks :)

Overall the A2X help desk/ support is great. The product is great in terms of doing the job with minimal issues once setup. Biggest win lately is the NEW B2B feature between shopify and xero is great, works well, takes all the info you need and automates it. Really happy with the Shopify - A2X - Xero setup for B2B and D2C sales. Great help from Will in support getting it all tested and working, thanks Will!!

A2X has been incredible for us! Has saved us so much time and is the first resource I found that connects directly to Shopify, is accurate, and great customer service when we've needed it. Highly recommend.

I have been working with A2X for a few months now, linking our Shopify stores to Xero. The product is simple and does what it has to, very well. The stand out really is the support, which is fast, effective and very supportive - even if you are asking obvious questions like I have done on quite a few occasions!

Really had an amazing onboarding experience with Lana (Google meet call), she guided me thoroughly and assisted on the A2X set-up and mapping etc. She also provided ongoing support after and is really accommodating to my queries and concerns as well!

I'm such a big fan of A2X! We've used it for years to connect Shopify to Xero. We've also used it to connect Amazon to Xero. It's solidly built, reliable, and excellent customer service. Queries get answered usually in less than an hour by a real person. We also use it to track cost of goods sold in Shopify and love the different features available for that. The gift voucher report is also really useful because Shopify reports are terrible. 100% recommend this for e-commerce! Accountant approved!

I use A2X for my online company and all my Amazon transactions, without A2X I would be literally spending so many extra hours on admin, this is now on done on time, accurately and super quick using A2X.

A2X is a huge help in processing sales for Amazon and Shopify. The best qualities of A2X are the amazing support team (thanks Rob!), and the Product and Dev teams. A2X is on top of all changes and challenges in Ecommerce accounting and consistently makes the most helpful updates to their software. They always have their customers in mind and it shows!

Good App and easy to adapt to. There's a few details to get used to with mapping and clearing accts but very helpful and reduces time to clear books! Nicole has walked me through items to get me up to speed! thx

The customer service at A2X has been wonderful! Agnes and Silvina are both extremely friendly, clear, patient and helpful. They were both fantastic at walking me through the process and answering questions along the way. As this was my first time using a platform like this, it was essential to have such helpful and knowledgeable people guide me through the process. As well, Agnes is great at follow up, ensuring all my questions were answered, always offering additional assistance if needed!

Juliet has been very helpful in assisting in the set up.

I've been a user of A2X for about a year now and previously just used the Shopify to Xero integration. I recently decided to make the upgrade to also have the PayPal to Xero integration set up, to cut down on manual end of month reconciliation across multiple currencies with the FX variances between PP & Shopify being a bit painful.

I had my complimentary 1 hour onboarding meeting with Nicole from A2X and the experience was 11/10. Super friendly, helpful and patient (actually put in the time to teach and help me understand instead of rushing through things, whilst still making the most of the time), achieved all the set up I needed and I've just been finalising the implementation and so far I'm very impressed. All her explanations were incredibly clear and instead of an awkward onboarding meeting it felt like chatting with an old friend (not your average onboarding experience). The software is also very dynamic to adapt to new scenarios and truly does make it so much easier on the end user. Thanks so much Nicole - I really appreciate it.

A2X is a very useful piece of software and does the job very well. Their support staff do an amazing job at helping to resolve any issues or queries that arise in a timely fashion. Nora was incredibly helpful during a recent issue that occurred due to an error made by Amazon.

A2X is a life-saver...and a massive time saver! Not sure how we would be able to keep clean books without it.
And the staff is incredible. Super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. HIGHLY recommend for your e-commerce business.

When I discovered A2X for our FBA business it was like a weight was lifted off of our bookkeeping. Not only was it so much easier to input accounting information with an Amazon payment but it was much more accurate. This is a great affordable service.
