I signed up for the Zoetis Rewards Program based on my veterinarian’s recommendation. After purchasing a product from my vet, I submitted my invoice for rewards, only to receive a poorly worded denial email that lacked a customer-friendly approach.

The response stated that I needed to purchase **six units for a single pet** to qualify. I have always purchased **three units at a time**, but had I been informed clearly, I might have considered adjusting my purchases in the future—especially if credit had been given for the three units I did buy for $120.90. I wasn’t even asking for credit for past purchases from this year, only for this recent transaction.

Unfortunately, this frustrating customer service experience has led me to switch brands, and I am requesting that my account and login be permanently removed.

Horrible. It takes too long to process a rebate. About a month each time and that is after they initially decline every one the first time and then when you resubmit with the same info, it gets processed a month later.

It takes too long to receive pharmacy items... Even when you already have a prescription on file

I gave a 1 star only cause I had to.I submitted invoices over and over and they accepted a couple of them and then would denied all the other ones which was all for the same thing.So when I called them and finally got to talk to them they say that I was denied because my dog didn’t weigh 20 pounds so the shot wasn’t cover for her she had to weigh 20 pounds which is crazy cause they approved it a coif times but said that was there mistake.So don’t waste your time sending invoices in if there under 20 pounds guess they don’t think small dogs deserve the reward.Bad company is all I can say

Librela, the new "Wonder Drug" once-a-month injection for "arthritis," KILLED my beloved 7 year old dog - in just ONE WEEK after his second injection.
My dog woke up that morning completely paralyzed, with kidney failure, liver failure and severe internal bleeding (Thrombocytopenia). He had be euthanized 24 hours later- because there was nothing that my veterinarians could do to save him!
The drug manufacturer, Zoetis, still insists that their biological drug, Librela, is "completely safe and effective" while informing veterinarians that any side effects are not related to Librela for two reasons: 1.) To keep veterinarians from REPORTING these sudden ADVERSE REACTIONS and 2.) To keep veterinarians misinformed on its safety so they can heavily PROMOTE Librela monthly injections to every dog with a limp!

Zoetis denies these severe side effects, yet they WROTE THEM in the Canadian Prescription Insert for LIBRELA!

The last few years I have seen a steady and significant price increase in the cost of Simparica Trio. It has become unobtainable for many people. When you call about the price they will refer to their meager rewards program. No matter where you look, Pet Meds, your local vet, Chewy the price is the same... large dog $196.98 for six tablets. They have set the price and there appears to be no fluctuation . I have seen an approximate $50 increase in price over the last five years. I find this hard to swallow as when you research the CEO of this company she is raking in annual compensation of over $15 million. When are people going to say enough and how do these execs sleep at night? They know you love your pets and as long as you pay they're going to keep ingratiating themselves with more wealth while you struggle with everything you have to try and keep your pet healthy. Sadly others don't so the dogs end up with heartworm disease and animal shelters keep filling up as people can no longer afford to care for their furry friends. A very large amount of the compensation package for the CEO is in stocks so why would she not keep the prices out of reach of the average every day American worker?

Zoetis rewards for veterinarian services does NOT work. All of the
earned points and cash rewards are missing from my account. The card I have been using for three years no longer exists according to Zoetis and it's impossible to get customer care assistance for this issue. Do not buy their products or fall for their rewards scam.

Librela + Solensia need to be withdrawn. Pets are being harmed from the horrific side effects or dying from this inadequately tested drug. Using the manufacturers own data, independent scientists have calculated that at least 1 in 110 pets will suffer SERIOUS side effects. The horrors of this drug have been shown on TV and in many newspaper articles abroad but not in the UK. Please, please, please do not let your pet have this drug. Read the 27 full pages of side effects provided by the US FDA if you don't believe me.

Solensia and Librela are blocking NGF (Nerve growth factor). You can do your own research about what this does to the body. Its not allowed for human use and pets are suffering and dying because of those side effects that made the drug declined for human use. Solensia and Librela should be the last solution for pets before euthanasie. The last try when everything else like supplements, other pain medications, physiotherapy... failed and when they cant get surgery anymore( for example gold implants or stemm cell therapy). By the way there are pets who are in wheel chairs and they are happy so i dont really understand anyway why we should kill pets when they cant run around anymore as they used to but eat well and are loved. We dont kill humans. Obviously its something else when they are in huge pain without even moving but vets give this drug to everyone like a piece of chocolate. Solensia and librela should be the last resort before euthanasia to have some more days/weeks/month left in case your pet is one of the lucky ones who can tolerate NGF beeing blocked for a while. How the former FDA guy in the Interview in the US news said: a medication beeing approved by the FDA means its effective. Not that its safe. We will find out the following years.

My dog Monster was given Librela . He is now dead. I loved him more then anything in the world. We raised him as rescue puppy to 14. He had neurological issues and was still given Librela by my vet. I don’t blame my vet. I blame Zoetis for misinforming vets to push their product and control the market. There are 1000’s of cases across America and Europe of peoples pet’s dying at the hands of Zoetis products. They view animals as property and not family and try to make the general public to think the people who lost their pets are conspiracy theorists. I implore anyone who is thinking of using this product to research it. You are spinning a wheel of russian roulette and I pray it works for your pet. But hopes this review makes you think twice. His name was Monster and I miss him everyday .

Zoetis I have waited almost 2 months for a response from you…..

They claim they have a reward program.But yet, when I send them the invoices from where i've purchased these products deny it. My invoices have my dog's name. My bets name the price of the medication. The amount of the medication the order date and everything that is required. Yet they refuse to accept my invoices. Even though petco is a location that they have listed, I will be having my vet find a medication that actually provides the.Rewards, it offers and not just scams those customers with false advertising

I am so heartbroken and sick to my stomach reading about the damage these injections are having. I have two kitties that have been on Solensia for almost a year. One kitty has had 6 injections, the other kitty has had 5. A year ago their bloodwork was normal, beautiful, nothing of concern...their latest bloodwork shows CKD and elevated BUN/CRE values. One has severe rapid onset IBD. Both kitties have lost a significant amount of weight, one kitty has no appetite, the other kitty is ravenous but still losing weight - so concerned about hyperthyroidism. One kitty has severe chronic inflammation in his intestinal tract - every stool has blood. He struggles to walk with his hind legs - they often collapse when he takes just a couple of steps. He cannot posture to go potty and he often has stool that just 'comes out' because he can't self-regulate or control his back end. We take him for monthly acupuncture and laser therapy because we were told that he just has severe arthritis - however, he did not have these issues prior to the injections. They seemed to come on shortly after we started the Solensia. We spent $$$$$$ at the Animal ER in March and April due to him crashing, for no apparent reason, however it happened just after an injection. Our vet participated in the trials of Solensia and emphatically assured us that it was a 'miracle' medication and very safe for geriatric kitties. I am now realizing that it is a death sentence for them. I am just now discovering and devouring every ounce of information to see if there is anything I can do to help my babies recover from the damage - and I wonder how much longer I will have with them both. I'm am desperately trying to work with our vet to see if there is anything that we can give our 2 babies that can help them...and yet I'm struggling even to trust our vet for giving us this medication.

Stop with your ridiculous price gouging!! My great dane suffers from allergies and just started cytopoint injections. Because of patents, Zoetis has a monopoly on this drug. The cost you might ask....$360 for 1 dose!! I understand owning a giant breed costs more...I have owned them most my life. But $360 every 4-6 weeks??? There is no way in hell it cost even 5% of that to make. I am happy our government is making prescription drugs for people more affordable but next they need to reign in these animal drug companies! If my boy needs these shots through out the year and it's not just seasonal.....I will not be able to afford to keep him. And how many people out there would be willing to take in a giant dog that will require 300+ in vet bills each month? None. Zoetis, please stop price gouging and make things more affordable while still making a giant profit.

Wir vermuten, dass das Medikament Solensia unsere Katze auf dem Gewissen hat. Unsere ältere aber gesunde Katze (16 J) hatte Probleme die Treppe hochzukommen, Solensia wurde vorgeschlagen und drei Mal verabreicht. Innerhalb von 6 Monaten ist sie dann gestorben… mit Demenzepisoden, Tumoren in der Speiseröhre, Atembeschwerden und extremen Zahnentzündungen.

I would like to give minus 100 stars as a rating but I have to give at least one here anyway. Please look of the various Librela pages on Facebook to read how so many of our beloved dogs got very sick and/or died after one or more Librela injection. (A different brand name in Canada and other countries). Our beautiful Collie King Charles Cavalier Cross Angel got one shot in September last year. She was slowing down when walking and I thought it might be the onset of arthritis. The new wonder medication Librela (with no side effects) was recommended by the vet. After that her health declined. She has many of the commen symptoms that so many dogs get post-Librela - lethargy, poor mobility, incontinence, breathlessness. Angel also went blind and got diabetes. She passed away in January after struggling to breathe for hours. It was only after I saw the librela pages on Facebook that I realised that our very best Angel had become another victim of the often lethal Librela. How is it still on the market? Is there any justice to be had for our pets and knowing that so many more will suffer the same miserable fate unless it is removed straight away! Say no to Librela it could take your dog's life! Zoetis do the right thing!

Librella jab caused a variety of adverse reactions in my poor dog including a stroke laterally . Firstly it was Vomiting , confusion , paralysis of both back legs , respiratory distress , nystagmus , the list goes on . I would never have given her the jab had my vet not pushed me into it without me doing my normal research, as I was told it had no adverse side effects .
No bloods or checks were done to confirm Osteoarthritis and I think she just had stiffness in one back leg !!!
She is now on vitallyn for the rest of her days 😭

I have to thanks to Zoetis that my dog is underground now! He had 3 shoots , prescribed by my veterinarian that I was stupid and fully trusted! At first he had ataxia after the 3rd shoot , recovered 90% after I spent $$$ on his rehab but he is gone exactly at 3 months after Librela side effects hit him! I do have videos and picture how he was before and with ataxia ! I hope this drog is out of market before kills ours pets! They lies everyone with theirs insert and sides effects! If I am not totally sure Librela caused his internal bleeding I am totally sure that ataxia was because the Librela

I’m writing this review as a heartbroken dog owner to warn others about the dangers of Zoetis Pharmaceuticals' product, Librela. My golden retriever, once a vibrant and healthy member of my family, has suffered immensely after receiving this injection. What was supposed to alleviate joint pain has instead led to devastating consequences that no pet owner should have to endure.

Within weeks of receiving the Librela shot, my dog began experiencing symptoms that I could have never imagined. She went completely **deaf**, developed **loss of bowel control**, and eventually became **paralyzed**. I trusted this product to help ease her discomfort, but instead, it has caused her untold suffering. The quality of her life has been irreparably damaged, and it’s been incredibly painful to watch her deteriorate.

Librela is marketed as a solution for pain management in dogs, but what Zoetis fails to disclose is the serious and potentially **deadly side effects**. How many more pets have to suffer illness or even **death** before this company takes responsibility?

If you value the health and well-being of your beloved pet, I urge you to think twice before trusting Zoetis or their products. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I can only hope others are spared from the same heartache. **Zoetis, you need to do better.** Our pets deserve more than a company willing to gamble with their lives.

My beloved cat now has neurological issues after six injections of their “wonder drug” Solensia. She is a shell of herself who lost her personality and spirit. She now stares into space or sits facing walls. She doesn’t do anything she used to; cleaning herself, using her scratching post, playing, meowing, enjoying treats, wanting human interaction, exploring her surroundings, etc.

Luckily, my cat is still alive but many cat and dog parents have not been so lucky.

I’m very angry. Angry at Zoetis for not properly testing and not disclosing all adverse side effects in all countries where the drug is sold, angry at my vet for not warning me of any adverse side effects, and angry at myself for blindly trusting my vet.

I would think twice before entrusting your pet’s health to any drugs this company manufactures; especially Solensia and Librela.
