My healthy Older GSD was given 1 shot for minor arthritis. Within a week he became weak and in his hind end, with moments of downright not being able to get up. From there it was downhill. We tried everything, not knowing what was happening to him. He had to be euthanized a few months later on August 19, 2024. This drug is absolutely horrible and I will NEVER use it for my dogs again. You gotta ask why it was banned for human use due to severe side effects, yet they will give it to our pets

This awful drug left our dog Skylar paralyzed, run away from this, shame on you Zoetis, for continuing to promote and manufacture this poison.

Our healthy husky died weeks after receiving a Merck Nobivac rabies vaccine manufactured by Zoetis. The vet neglected to connect the dots back to the vaccine. Our boy’s symptoms spiraled one after another .. from vomiting, nausea, urinating blood and jelly like blood with clots, lethargy, not eating, needing help to stand and finally collapse/death. He had bloodwork done at his check-up prior to being injected with the rabies vaccination. Bloodwork was good .. no history of illnesses .. no concerns from the vet. Big pharma must be held liable for injuries/deaths caused by their “safe and effective” BS. Why are these nefarious pharmaceutical companies protected from lawsuits while our pets suffer from toxic injections? “Safe and effective” cost my dog his life.

Librela killed my dog. caused terrible ataxia, 100% loss of hearing, muscle wasted/ weight loss. Dementia. Tried for 4 months to recover after 3 shots and finally had to put to sleep

My dog received a healthy checkup and the same day he was injected with Librela for mild arthritis pain. He was still very active with NO mobility issues. He died within 10 days. He immediately stopped eating and then the sudden collapse, paralysis, lethargy, labored breathing, incontinence, immune mediated hemolytic anemia and death.These are all listed side effects of librela. I spoke to a Zoetis veterinarian and she told me these were not side effects ( blatant lie!)and there were no reports of death or the side effects my dog experienced. All lies and a few months later the FDA issued a Librela warning letter forcing Zoetis to admit the truth. There were already hundreds of deaths and side effects reported when I spoke to the Zoetis vet, all the same ones my dog experienced. Zoetis is dishonest and provides misleading and false information about the risk of their marketed drugs to veterinarians and pet owners. I refuse to use any Zoetis products again. My dog suffered horribly and Zoetis lied to me. Deplorable behavior by Zoetis and their employed veterinarian.

Their librela drug killed my dog 8 days after 1st injection. Poisonous company.

This company makes Solensia which killed my beloved Harley all because this company failed to tell vets the devastating side effects this drug causes. They put profit over our pets welfare. They are murderers for profit

This company is full of money hungry, evil, greedy people who care more about making a an almighty dollar than actually saving any animals life. They make a drug called LIBRELA for arthritis pain in dogs, and claim that its a miracle drug for dogs with arthritic pain. Well if youre thinking about getting this miracle drug think again. I got this for my dog back in July 2025, ever so hopeful it would be our miracle for his pain. What ended up taking place in the weeks after was nothing short of a nightmare for both me and my soul dog. He went from being able to walk on his own with some pain- to not being able to stand up on his own AT ALL without my help. I then started having to carry him up and down the stairs with a harness to potty. He started developing dimentia like behavior, not responding to his name. He stopped eating. He had diahrrea for days. Hind leg weakness, ataxia, running into walls. His last day alive he had nonstop seizures from this drug. leading me to have to take him and put him to sleep so he wouldnt have to continue suffering. This was within one month of receiving librela. My dog never had a seizure his entire life prior to this, or any serious health issues. They will tell you that the adverse reactions are due to underlying conditions already existing. IT IS A LIE. THE ADVERSE REACTIONS ARE CAUSED BY LIBRELA AND THERE IS PLENTY OF EVIDENCE TO PROVE IT. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE CAUSING SUFFERING AND TRAUMA TO PETS AND DOG OWNERS ALIKE. you will have to answer to God and that will be far worse than me leaving this negative review.

When I attempt to use my credits, the card number does not work. I have contacted customer service and get the same useless response each time. If you are expecting a "rebate" from this company, you might be waiting a long time.

They have so called "rewards" but it's almost impossible to redeem them.

Don't waste your time on them, use another product.

Prima di somministrare questo farmaco al vostro pet informatevi bene, non date sempre ascolto al vs. Veterinario, perché magari non è stato informato, o peggio è stato pagato.

Company produces Simparica Trio at outrageously overpriced costs, and they re-started their Rewards program a couple of years ago making us start over to earn points. Three years ago the rebate was 67.50, they made us start over and received a 25.00 rebate, climbs each year but now 3 years later only up to 45.00. It's all about GREED. Cards expire, requires replacement, a big hassle. Pet owners should seek less expensive alternatives.

Laura Morgan killed my precious dog by prescribing the wrong drug! Company refused to do anything about it claiming mistakes happen!

I’ve been using this app for more than a year, I even have my card with them , I have received rewards before, this time they denied the rewards because the name of the dog was incorrect, guess what same dog, same name, same everything all clearly specified in the invoice I sent, also they waited until my month was over to answer

I have tried on 2 occasions to get the Zoetis points. All I get are more hoops to jump through when I try to make a contact. I have had no response to the claims I filed.

Cytopoint. Clearly this is a product included on your website & rewards program. I was unable to select the product. I called the help desk to inquire how I was able to enter the information. The representative asked me what state I was calling from... which is NE. She then told me that Cytopoint is only part of the program if you live on the east coast. This is misleading on your website AND by your company. I'm very disappointed in Zoetis. After submitting my invoice without the Cytopoint, the survey asked me which products were included on my submission. Amazingly, Cytopoint was included on that list. I'd like an explanation on why your company is disclosing that Cytopoint is part of the program, but then not allowing it for all states. As I mentioned, this is misleading!

Awful company - charge an extortionate amount of money for Apoquel - for many pets, a lifetime drug, so for my Newfoundland, who needs 180 tablets per prescription, it's £3.15 per 16mg tablet. That is a whopping £567.00 every 12 weeks. It is even more than that when the vet (yes that's you CVS) add on their cut to the price. It's emotional robbery - if my dog could use something else as effective I'd have her on it tomorrow. Oh, now UK law, I have to take her for a 'check up' every 12 weeks, too, in order to get the Godamned script, so that's another £97 to add to the cost. Lastly Zoetis only offer points for US customers on their website, not UK. Utter scum of a company.

Took my healthy 6 year old border collie to my vet as he developed a slight limp in the back leg . Vet said arthritis which I struggled to believe but gave my dog what he called a safe injection Librella . My dog became paralysed with no feeling nothing could’ve been done. We had to send him over the rainbow bridge . Zoetis need to be held accountable as this is happening worldwide . Question your vet . They tried to give me stronghold for my dog and I refused made by Zoetis
