I submitted my receipt for the rewards program and I thought they shorted me. I sent them an email and they said they would get back to me. They never did and I finally called them to learn the reward was not as I had been led to believe by the vet practice. These folks are moneygrubbing capitalists who must be paying off the vet who switched the product with the one I had been using without any problems for years. That is the only explanation for the switch. Everyone makes out except the customer. Not happy with the Vet or Zoetis. Wish we didn't have so many ticks or I would just drop it.

Total scam, they claimed all info was not in the receipt photo but it clearly was. Pathetic and stupid company.

This company is a joke I submitted my receipt not once but four times only to be told it was blurry then then had another excuse. I will not do business with this company ever again. That seem like scammers.

I bought Simparica 3pack on 2/15/22 costing $64.29 from my vet whom told me don’t forget to go on Zoetis to redeem points for my rewards. After going on line to Zoetis but did not see the 3pack for Simparica I called direct. Well, wouldn’t you know I was told that on 2/14/22 Zoetis discontinued the 3 pack. I spoke with Sally (manager) and was told her IT person sent out emails to all vets. I called my Veterinarian back and they are totally unaware of this. Wouldn’t you think Zoetis would have given a proper notice but I was told decision was made on 2/14/22. Zoetis program is not a good rebate program and I did in so many words let Sally know. It’s crappy. This is not the first time I have been denied a rebate and given an excuse to not receive points.

My claim was denied. They didn’t let me know. No reply from customer service when contacting them through their email portal website. Phone number doesn’t connect. What an absolute scam this company is. Buy products from companies that give actual rebates you can spend anywhere. Unbelievable in this competitive market.

Terrible customer services when ti comes to their rewards program, which falls short of the expectations set by the vet and in the Zoetis brochure as well. When possible, I will always buy other products from other manufacturers, just to avoid the unkept commitments from the so-called reward program. What a sham.

Very poor customer service. I purchased a 6 month supply of Simparico Trio for my dog. The advertised rewards were $40.00. They only gave me $25.00. I emailed their customer service three times with no response. I called their customer service number and phone just rings and rings. Very poor service. Definitely buy your pet products somewhere else, if you are expecting service with integrity.

Instead of helping and curing pets there killing them look at all the reviews many pets have died to these terrible *medicine*more like poison there staff is very rude and really annoying zoetis is a death place for animals DONT PUT YOUR PET TO GET TREATMENT THERE it will probably die or get really ill

Zoetis offers rewards but keeps denying the requests. Sent them 3 emails to ask what I need to do to get this reward but they won't respond. So why offer if you keep denying . They have all the info including the vet's name ,phone #and address.

My cat passed away as a result of the Convenia antibiotic shot. The official Convenia drug website describes as the symptoms are the text-book perfect step-by-step examples of what our cat went through up to the consequence of death.. Effectively, I paid £120 for my cat to suffer a painful, stressful, and early death. When we took her home after the appointment, she stopped eating, drinking, started vomiting with severe seizures. If you find the time, take a few minutes just to read how many other cats have had the same symptoms and died 2 weeks after being 'treated' with this Convenia chemical shot. How many animals has to die before banning this medicine? This company is a shame. Many many people has the same situation with their pets after getting this Convenia shot. People asking advise on the pet forum how to reverse side effect and avoid possible deaths but 1 thing is sure this shot is not get out of the system for 60 days causing more harm than good. So you have to deal with the consequences.
The company makes huge profit to sell it to vets and call them self animal healthcare???people around the word try to get petitions and write stories on forums to force to ban this chemical but the company does not care. My cat last minutes was unbearable pain because of the toxic in her body .She banged herself to the wall, then on the TV, and on the floor with foaming mouth landed in my arm in agony asking for help. This is the animal health care what this company advertise ? Can I ask the company owner when your children ask you at home what is your job? Possibly your answer is creating vaccine to kill animals but earn good money.

Not a rating of the tick medication product, which for all I know works just fine, rather it's a rating of their business practices: the Simparica I purchased came with a 15% rebate offer, only once I received it did I realize the offer is for "points" towards a future purchase of Zoetis products. Great, that's why I tend never to go for these rebates. Worse, I have submitted my receipt twice to the zoetis.com rebate page and twice I receive an automated message (after 1 week each time) that my rebate is rejected because "Cannot clearly read invoice/Missing necessary purchase details". Crystal clear scans of the receipt.

I'll probably go through the trouble of calling customer service just because it's not right that businesses get away with this, but I will never purchase another product from zoetis (meaning this rebate will be useless anyway).

Their drug called Revolution killed my puppy less than 12 hours after the vet applied it on her. The vet never explained that there were any potential side effects, but weeks after doing research I found several FDA warnings about these flea/tick drugs. Please do your research before using chemical pesticides on your pet.
