Absolutely exceptional. Danielle and the team have relentlessy chased up searches, response to surveyor queries over the last few months. Our conveyancer Liam Murphy, guided us through the re mortgage stress free. Quick response to every enquiry and even arranged an extension when there was a hold up from our end. Highly recommended

Was recommended to by L&C and decided to go with them as assumed they were good based on the recommendation. Original quote was around £2,200 and the final bill ended up coming to just over £4,000. As a first time buyer this was a huge amount of additional money that I didn’t expect to pay. They claimed they didn’t know that all this additional work was needed but they could have given me a bit of a heads up that it was going to cost nearly double my initial quote. I paid the bill and since then it’s gone quiet. They haven’t sent any proof of purchase to my management company and therefore can’t set up my service charge as until they’ve received something from my solicitor they’ve got no proof I own it. Have emailed multiple times and of course now they’ve been paid they are ignoring all emails. Really disappointing

Brian acted for us on the sale of our property and provided an excellent service throughout.

Communication was always clear and prompt, and he kept us updated at every stage of the transaction. Whenever we had questions he took the time to explain the process and responded quickly.

As we approached exchange and completion, Brian worked hard to keep everything moving.

Dreadful communication, mails went to junk, failed to respond to simple queries avoid at all costs, this is purely online and should be simple but the staff are rude and the service is a nightmare there are much better out there

Everything was seamless from start to finish. Managed completion in a timely manner.

We opted to use Your Conveyancer as they act on behalf of our mortgage lender and were presented to us an option for free legal in the process of remortgaging. Today, we finally completed on our mortgage!

Despite being free, they were great in everything they did for us. Their online portal was easy to use, we received reminders anytime something was outstanding and regular chasers too to make sure that outstanding action was completed.

We had the pleasure of having Callum assigned to our case. He was friendly, responsive, quick to jump on anything we had to send and any questions we needed to raise. We felt at ease throughout a very stressful period and couldn’t recommend them enough if you are ever needing help with something similar.

I had a 1 star before.but the young lady finally contacted me and so did the company so at least they do read reviews. Poor personal experience for the first days with a particular what seemed a young young lady advisor who I won't name..so if you get problem like this anytime, you can request a new one I am told by her superior.. However very soon after posting this the head office did make contact and was very helpful. So if you get poor service anytime might be an idea to put it on here ..as they do look at Trustpilot obviously ! So all seems ok now. hope this helps.
UPDATE: I have updated to 4 stars as they have been extremely helpful since my first comments. The minus 1 star is down to my very early experience, so I hope the young lady concerned is aware that unhelpful responses do get reported. Very efficient since then and from 20th July, mortgage offer in principle; we have now received the funds yesterday 27th August. Quite exceptional I think? We were actually applying with another company too, and they still had not given a date even for our property valuation as at yesterday so of course we cancelled. So, end of story..Nationwide and Your conveyancer we would on balance certainly use again. Hope this big report has been helpful to prospective buyers.
