We remortgaged to The Yorkshire Building Society and they covered all of our conveyancing fees. We were unsure what to expect as we had no input in who we would use. Wow am so glad they did! Your Conveyancer was the conveyancing company suggested/allocated to me by London and Country and I have absolutely no complaints. After having registered with the online portal, I had a place to log in where I could keep track of everything that was going on. I received automated weekly e-mails that told me how the process was going and if anything was outstanding and needed my attention, but I also received regular personal contact from my case manager, Paige who made requests for information and documentation and answered any questions I had promptly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again - they made the process so clear and easy and I didn't have to worry about missing anything as everything was explained very well.

I encountered a significant issue whilst using this conveyancer and did have to raise a formal complaint. However this was turned around by Rebecca Thomson once she investigated my issue. Rebecca got everything sorted in a timely manner. Rebecca took ownership and understood my frustrations and communicated clearly.
