It was a bit of a faff returning the item. The continue button on the site failed to work so i was sent a label and a form to fill in manually. Having said that the lady I spoke to was helpful. It was just frustrating as I tried several times to put the return through via the website.

Decent shoes but poor customer service
The first time I ordered shoes from them they arrived quickly, looked nice, and were comfortable. They did not last long (only two years when I paid >$100 for them), but I can excuse that, since shoes this wide are a specialty item so more expensive for poorer quality than standard widths. Also, I did wear them a lot.
The second time, they emailed me to tell me the shoes I wanted were out of stock and offered an alternative. I did not want the alternative and requested my money back; I got no reply until five days later when I emailed again, asking for either my money back or the boots I ordered. Again they offered the alternative (this time with a "20% refund") which I was very clear about not wanting. I am now waiting on a response to my latest request to be given my money back. Currently they're holding $200 hostage. I'd like to avoid filing a chargeback but it might be necessary.
Edit: looks like they saw my review and refunded me, which I appreciate, but it still should not have taken this much effort to get a refund.

After years of ill fitting shoes I finally found utopia. Not only do they fit, they are well made too. Pricey? Yes. But you get what you pay for and hopefully, the shoes will last a long time, being well made. CLASS!

Very disappointed and annoyed with myself for paying £107 for a pair of Skechers which are currently reduced to £50 on Skechers Website.
I feel as if I’ve been robbed but accept that it’s my own fault for not being more careful.

I highly recommend visiting the shop in person, especially if you or your child has very wide feet. It can be really difficult to find the right fit online, and after years of struggling to find shoes that fit my son comfortably, we were so pleased to discover this shop.
The staff were incredibly friendly, patient and understanding. They went above and beyond to help my son, who tried on many different pairs before we found the right ones. They never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable.
In the end, we bought a pair of trainers and, most importantly, his first ever properly fitting pair of shoes. It was such a positive experience for both of us.
We really can't thank the staff enough for their help and patience. I highly recommend a visit if you're struggling to find extra-wide or extra-extra-wide shoes.
