My first order and I am very impressed with the ease of the transaction, great tracking information and speed of the delivery. The boots themselves look solid and stylish but I have not tested them yet on a walk outdoors. Very positive experience with Wide Fit Shoes and I would definitely order from them again. Thank you for being a reliable supplier of specialized footwear that is difficult for me to find elsewhere.

Great trainers that fit and look good all at a fantastic price

You would think a return would be simple enough. We paid (it was well defined) paid $20 via an additional charge for this. We followed the instructions provided.
FedEx charged us (a card was on file) an additional $209 for the return of the shoes.
This was more than the cost of the shoes. Contacted customer service via their social media and we are sh@t out of luck. No shoes and paid a total of $229 to return them. They are horrible to deal with.

First, thank you for making a wide shoe. Secondly, it is light and helps me start walking again.

With very wide feet, I’d resigned myself to buying cheap flexible trainers, constant pressure across my foot and having them break out at the sides - better quality ones resulted in similar discomfort and higher cost.
I discovered this company and the existence of ready made shoes in excess of normal “wide” fitting and decided to shop in person at their retail outlet in Harrow, forgoing the introductory on-line discount for the chance to check the fit and get expert advice. The experience was positive and I bought a pair of comfortable 6E width trainers.
Once at home, I went to the maker’s website to research the product and was surprised to discover that their on-line shop sold them for literally half the price I was charged (£139.99). An enquiry to Wide Fit Shoes (and follow-up) to confirm the validity of what I’d been charged went unanswered until this review was published.
All I can say is “Caveat emptor”.

I've placed 2 orders with them and there have been issues with both. The first order they sent the wrong item. I contacted them to get the issue resolved, but received no reply. It would have cost me more in shipping to return the item than the purchase price of the item, so I just wrote it off. The second order they emailed me saying one of the items was out of stock even though the item was still showing as available on their website. They offered a replacement item which I agreed to. I have received no response and the original item is still showing as pending on my order. After a week with no response I contacted them again requesting a refund, and still no response. This has been over a month and I've heard nothing from them after multiple attempts to get the issue resolved. I'm really disappointed, because this is the only place I can find that will ship internationally the shoes I'm looking for.

Update: As a result of this review they have issued me a refund for the item I never received and offered a discount on my next order. I'm not sure if I'll order from them again, but they have made an effort.

Shoes arrived dirty and worn, insoles grubby. AI customer service, round in circles. Eventually had to call, missed promised delivery date. Dispatched on date were due to arrive, In general dispatch is very slow.
Wont use again

I have very wide feet so I thought I had come to the right place. I have used 4E widths before and sometimes they end up still being a bit narrow so I was delighted when I found 6E widths. I ordered 2 pairs, over £350, and when they arrived they were narrower than any 4E widths I have had. they were also quite short in the length and I measured as instructed.

Given my wide feet I often have to return items however, I was not expecting to have to pay to return them, especially considering how much I paid for postage. I won't use again, I will use companies that have a better return service.

Through no fault of Wide Fit Shoes, Royal Mail managed to delay delivery of my order by 3 days . The shoes themselves are comfortable and stylish.

Good choice of products and reliably delivered.

Shoes I ordered were not wide enough, when I tried to return the shoes for a wider width, they wanted another £30.
Ridiculous!!
