customer service seems to have forgotten those two very words:
customer and service. website is a joke any time there is an issue in my account and don't bother trying the service dept via phone unless you have an hour or so to waste. online chat service is better but always seems to take way too long, 30-45 min, to solve simple issues.

Beware of what Verizon charges you ...check your monthly invoices and your item line charges YOU WILL NE SHOCKED , TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTIONS AGAINST VERIZON MISHANDLING YOUR ACCOUNT

Not willing to keep customer
Their customer service reps are really not that smart. In one conversation I repeated myself 8 times before he understood my questions. Their Fios TV service are getting worse by the day. They charge 3 times the amount for the Digital Voice, which you can, if you shop around for, can get cheaper. Overall if you chose to cut cable, Verizon will not be able to negotiate with the customer.

The Only Carrier for Me!
Verizon is the only carrier for me. I've been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years and I recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks on cellular service.

Not the best service from employees
We've had Verizon for years! We purchased the IPHONE from them, but the next week a new one came out, and they didn't inform us of that!

Null and Void
My cell phone bill is higher than a car note. Verizon doesnt care. Their concer is making money. Client opinions are null and void. When my contract expires Verizon will be null and void.

Great Service, but Expensive
The reliability of Verizon's network is the best among some of the other wireless services providers I've been with, though their rates are much higher than what I was used to paying. My family plan with four lines (only two with data plans) runs me over $200/mo. for 1600 shared minutes. I guess I'm paying a premium for better service...

The best there is
I have been a Verizon customer since before they were Verizon, having been a customer of one of the companies they bought out. I have never tried any other company for my cell phones and service because I learned through other people's mistakes that Verizon is at the top of the pyramd.

Excellent service and flexibility in plans offered. Stores do not always know about sales programs offered online and seemingly can not match online offers. Frustratring.

Not as good as AT&T (sometimes)
I have both Verizon and AT&T. Surprisingly the internet is better on AT&T (in Dallas).

Good experience with Verizon
I had worked for Verizon business and it really was a good experience, colleagues and management are great! Products and services are superb! maybe they should simplify the internal procedures and to provide a better customer support.
