Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Item itself was awful. Dreadful design. Return process was even more painful - confusing website with returns info expertlyo hidden and really clunky process to follow to get any money back. Dreadful!
Steve, the one-piece bodies I received have a knicker part to them (has to be pulled up from feet) but then two hook and eye fastenings at the back. Most women swivel their bra and fasten the hook and eye part at the front, then swivel it to the back. But you canf do that when the bottom of the one-piece has to be pulled up like knickers. Its possible to fasten at the back, but very awkward. And every time you go to the loo, you'd have to unfasten two hook and eye bands. It had to have been designed by a man. They make zero sense otherwise.
Re the returns. Clearly Im not the first to struggle with that. Having to log in - password rejected. Password reset email doesnt arrive. Click on returns, takes you to returns policy. Quite a few more clicks and searching required to finally find the form. If its not intentional its dreadful website coding. This was my first order from Knickerbox and will be my last.
Oh and 11 emails from knickerbox and evri from order to delivery is ridiculous. I really dont need 7 emails clogging my inbox which are just telling me an item is in transit.

Receiving a product that didn't meet your expectations is disappointing enough, so I can understand why a difficult returns experience added to your frustration.
I'll escalate this to the team to look in to (if you could provide any extra info via the Trustpilot request, that'd be useful) - both the product feedback (based on what you've ordered) and the returns challenges it sounds like you faced (so we can address that - there's no benefit to us in a clunky returns process).

Non functioning chat, website discourages returns, delivery problems
When I want to return an order and press return the website says my email is not recognised (I'm definitely using the same email; I log in to the Knickerbox site with it). Believe this is to discourage returns.
Shopping with Knickerbox has not been a pleasant experience. There was a massive delay with delivery due to your courier Evri which took time to resolve (post office explained this was a fault at the Knickerbox end) , the webchat does not work, and this return should be a simple matter but this is a simple problem that should not exist and discourages returns.

Being unable to start a return because your email address isn't being recognised is understandably frustrating, especially when you're concerned about sending items back. I can see why this would feel disappointing after also experiencing delivery issues and finding it difficult to get the support you were looking for.
I've asked for some more information on Trustpilot so I can identify your order + contact history with us so we can get the return sorted.
A few brief clarifications in the interim, if I may:
I hope to assure you that we do not discourage or aim to put barriers in the way of the returns process - they're a natural part of online ordering, and it doesn't benefit us to make these harder to complete (for example, it annoys customers - like you - and you're unlikely to shop again if you have returns complications).
Our labels are generated by Evri directly, as a result it is not feasible for the labels to be faulty or a system issue on our side to drive a problem with collection at a Post Office.
The web chat feedback is also concerning as I've checked all our back office systems and web chat is functional - we have had no service outages and there are active customers live chatting with our human team as I type via support.knickerbox.com

Not delivered.
Ordered some things. Quite excited as been recommended. No parcel received (they use EVRI so……). Emailed customer support who replied saying I can have a refund or replaced but they strongly recommend forwarding my parcel to a pick up box which is like admitting they do not trust their couriers. Anyway. I asked for a replacement only to be told SOME of the items were out of stock so they issued a refund which I am now waiting for. Not brilliant. Will update if I see my refund appear. Would have been nice to have at least been offered alternatives, told they would send what they had or be told before hand they were out of stock.

I absolutely loved the bra
I absolutely loved the bra, the material was lovely, the fit and style was lovely but the strap was sewn on backwards. Bit disappointing that they do not have quality checks to pick up on this. Ive reordered another and I am hoping this is not the same.
