Very professional, caring and efficient

The service was very good and the staff was very cooperating.

So this was difficult. The company were excellent in booking a scan really quickly when NHS failed so I would rate 5. The employees were fantastic- would rate 5. But I asked for results to be emailed to my doctor and was not told that they would need to pay and how difficult it would be for doctor. This resulted in delays and even more stress. Had I been better informed I could have sorted it myself

Had such a lovely experience at Ultrasound Direct in Colchester, I saw Charlie and Carol and they were both lovely, reassuring and supportive as I was extremely nervous! Would highly recommend and will be going back again! Thank you ladies! Katie x

Had a reassurance early scan and also a gender scan here, Gill and Vicky were amazing always make the experience so special. We asked them to wrap up a pink or blue teddy bear for us to reveal our baby’s gender at home and she wrapped up so well so the surprise was so special. Always so excited at the front desk. Been here for all my previous pregnancy scans too, wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

What an awful experience with a Prestwich branch.

We were gifted a voucher for a premium 4D bonding scan. The booking procedure with a voucher was a faff, I.e. can't book online and have to call instead. I called the first time, they couldn't help me and asked me to call the following day. I called the following day, and the lady who answered the phone said "let me look into this for you and give you a call back", then never called. I called again and came across another lady I believe her name was Eileen and she finally sorted my booking.

On 15th September, we attended our scan and everything went fine. Then I was promised to receive print outs and magnets which were included in the price of my scan. I was also promised the link where I can access all of the pictures from my scan for additional £9.99. The link was never sent to me and I had to chase it.

In terms of the printouts, nothing was sent either and I chased on 12th October. The operations manager promised to send them on Monday 14th October and also stated she will send me a tracking number. As of today, 19th October, nothing received so far so I tried to call the branch again to chase. At first, no one answered, then finally someone answered and hung up on me immediately, I didn't even get a chance to say anything. Now when I call, they just hang up on me constantly.

Absolutely awful treatment, I wasn't even rude once, just tried to get my printouts we paid for so I could display them at my nursery 😭

Friendly staff and great service

I can't say enough good about the ultrasound direct in Peterbrough. The experience was one of a kind and the staff made it even better. We were assisted by Ally and she was just so lovely and sweet and our sonographer Sharmeen was just so helpful, lovely and kind. We had such a fun time with them while making some awesome memories. I would highly recommend if you get the chance it really is an awesome experience.

Went for a blood draw, RJ the phlebotomist couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I'm hard to draw blood from (I get rejected from blood donations cause they can't find a vein!) but she did it and was very patient with me. If I need another test, I'm booking back in here.

A lot of thought has gone into the layout and the way things are done for those of us who have suffered loss and are perhaps a little anxious. The staff were so kind, and we felt very taken care of. All being well, we'll definitely be back!

Couldn’t rate ultrasound direct more. Had a few scans now and the best experience every time. Every staff member from reception to sonographer were so friendly and welcoming. The room was cosy and the whole experience was something we will always remember.

I have been to this place numerous times and it has always been a good experience. The sonographer was informative, welcoming and friendly. I'm giving 4 stars only because my appointment was postponed last minute, 30 mins before the planned appointment, and that had an impact on my plans that day.

There's not a single thing I can complain about! (Apart from no elevator on the weekends, but we knew that before hand) other than that, the whole experience was wonderful!
Will definitely be going back for a 4d scan.
