The clinic and staff were lovely and we had an excellent experience whilst there. The deduction of two stars was that we had to pay an extra £10 for our digital images, which was the only way of accessing the video of our baby's heartbeat. Seeing as we paid £75 for the appointment, I had expected that the images would be included in that price.

The appointment was easy and quick to book, and all communication was clear and straightforward. The building is easy to find and the team there were really lovely. We would recommend to others!

Staff were really lovely and a nice environment. However, felt slightly disappointed that no one told us that we would have to pay further costs for the photos after spending £75 already.

We are really glad that we decided to do the scan and think it was definitely worth it. The 4D deluxe scan was great and we are really happy with the fridge magnets and scan photos that we got, as well as the heart beat bear.

Amazing, felt so welcomed and at ease, went straight in which was a relief with a full bladder and the scan was just incredible - highly recommended and already booked my next!

I have visited twice in my pregnancy, once for an early scan and another at 18 weeks so that my daughter could see the baby! Sarah did both my scans and is absolutely lovely. She spoke through everything she could see, took her time to scan and explain things to my daughter in a way she could understand.

I would highly recommend visiting for a private scan!

Amazing place, the staff were extremely friendly

This is our second appointment and it was on a weekend. Compared to the 5 star review I gave last week, the difference in service is significant. The receptionist was not welcoming, charged me for the full price without checking first that I have already paid the deposit, and was very distracted whilst dealing with me during check in. The sonographer only saw us for 5 mins and minimal effort was made in comparison to our first appointment, understandably and possibly as she was only doing overtime that day.

This definitely made up my mind about booking slots over the weekend, I will still come back but will inquire if the better staff Corrine and Sarah and ensure I only book when they are there.

We have found ultrasound direct to be a breath of fresh air. So helpful, friendly and welcoming. Every issue we had from other places USD fixed and made easy.

Efficient and professional

I travelled from the Channel Islands especially for the scan. The staff were brilliant and the facilities are options were great!

I would highly recommend to anyone and will be recommending to Channel Islands locals as I had such a great experience.

I booked a gender reveal scan so I was not suppose to find out the gender during the scan. The sonographer turned the screen off while she identified the gender which was as expected. When she turned it back on to have a look at the baby, the sex was displayed on the screen. She also went on to say ‘These are HER hands’ which also gave away the gender of the baby. This completely ruined the surprise element that we had planned for our gender reveal party and what should’ve been a really exciting moment was spoilt.

Made me feel very comfortable

The waiting room had refreshments and suitable for other young kids.
I loved the fact I can bring upto 5people.
Baby was not in a great position for 4D scan and we were offered a chance for another scan / partial refund.
