Lovely staff, seen quickly, clean environment.

Early Scan to reassure us but it was an awful experience let’s just say anything other than to put our minds at rest. The whole san was done in silence and we was not shown anything on any screen. To be told that there was not heartbeat and that to come back in two weeks for another rescan and then given a leaflet to read and she could not or did not want to answer any questions at all. I believe I was not handled in the correct way considering this was payed for privately. The building did not really look looked after and the whole place was so cold. Would not recommend this place to anyone after the treatment I was subjected to.

Had an early 6 weeks ultrasound scan at the Swindon branch. The scan was carried out by a lovely lady called Jane. She was very kind and answered any questions we had. The sitting room and clinical areas were very clean and it was friendly relaxed environment. Also the receptionist was very friendly and explained everything that was going to happen on our visit. You get given some free photos which is great but only downside is they do a video of the heart flutter but you have to log in to an account and they make you pay for the video if you want it. I just feel like after you've paid £70 for a scan (which only takes about 10minutes) it's cheeky to then try get you to pay for video.

Absolutely amazing experience, beautiful and for such great value. I had two lovely sonographers as I had to come back for a free re-scan cause baby was facing wrong way, They took their time and made the appointment very special.

Lovely experience

The three stars is for the customer service on the phone, the woman sorted my appointment and explained everything perfect couldn’t fault the service. However when I actually went for the blood test, a service I had to pay for getting a ruptured vein where the nurse went in and out the other side wasn’t the best. Had a tracking bruise all up my arm for over a week couldn’t train or anything! I’m a youngish male who uses the gym frequently wasn’t hard to find the vein the nurse even said that herself.

Had numerous blood tests and never reacted or experienced the pain and damage that I did during this one.

Our gender reveal experience was absolutely amazing the staff are lovely was few weeks ago can it remember both lady’s names but the receptionist and the lady who done scan was so welcoming and friendly so glad we choose to there for our scan didn’t feel rushed at all and went in to detail of baby on screen was such a lovely experience and we will be back here for our 4d scans thank you so much

Early viability scan-great service

It’s taken me quite a while to write this review but I feel like it’s important to know that ultrasound direct is great even in negative circumstances.

I had an early viability scan for a pregnancy which eventually ended in a loss, but my sonographer was absolutely brilliant but the beginning, she picked up on other issues that may have been ignored by others and brought me back (free for charge) for a 2nd visit to assess the viability of the pregnancy, with the option of a 3rd visit if I wished( this ended up not being necessary).

I am eternally grateful for the kindness that was shown to myself during an otherwise heartbreaking experience.

Worth every penny for the peace of mind it offered following a previous miscarriage. Friendly staff who explained everything clearly and with compassion.

I have used the Canary Wharf and Wimbledon site for my scans. I liked them both. The staff were very friendly in both sites and both the nurses that performed my scan were extremely friendly and gentle. I will definitely be using them again.

We were greeted very warmly from the off and made to feel comfortable prior to our scan.

During our scan we were given excellent communication and time to allow our baby to be in a more optimal position. At a different ultrasound place in Maidstone, we had not had the best experience and it seemed mostly about selling a teddy bear to us rather than making us feel comfortable and providing sound feedback and reassurance. Ultrasound direct were completely in contrast to this, and all for the better. We will definitely be returning in between nhs scans for any peace of mind for the remainder of my pregnancy.

Had a great experience in Oxford and London Harley street for a 6 week and 10 week scan. Midwives were so friendly and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. The quality of images and videos were amazing.

From the start to finish..both ladies did an excellent job.
Place was clean, private and not busy.
So I had plenty of time to ask lots of questions.

We had many scans with Celia and she was absolutely brilliant. Thorough, reassuring and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend and would definitely use ultrasound direct again, purely because of the positive experience we have had with Celia!
