Went today for a second visit for a quick assure scan. Had the lovely Claire for a second time and she is just class. A complete asset to the place. She was so welcoming, and as soon as I said I worried, she made sure I felt reassured!
Cannot compliment her enough, such a genuine and lovely soul! We will be back for our 4D scan!

What a great experience at Prestwich. On entry to the building was greeted by Daanyaal. He was extremely friendly and explained things. We were introduced to Sam who was carrying out the Ultra Sound. She could see I was nervous. She spoke to me and made me feel more at ease, started the scan and after explained things to me. As I entered the room to have the scan it was clear that the room had been well prepared and cleanliness was at the forefront of this. It was the same in the reception and waiting area. They certainly deserve an all round 5 star review.

We visited for an early scan in Swindon where I should have been 10 weeks. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to see a 10 week pregnancy, and tried with both the internal and external scans. The lady was wonderful throughout and let us know gently that I’d had a missed miscarriage. She made the appointment with the hospital for me for them to scan me in a week and gave me all the information I needed. She let us stay in the room alone afterwards for as long as we needed. We were sent all the scan pictures and the report via email, which I’m so grateful for as I still have my only picture of my baby that didn’t make it. When our time comes again I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.

If you want a scan done quickly with a good selection of appointment times, friendly, professional staff then look no further. This is an "A"star company.

This was the first time I been asked to pay 10£ for the scan images the website says : early scan) I will receive printed images which I have a printed report I didn’t if I wanted to see it had to pay 10£ but on the website under the
description it says
- printed images
- printed report
And can access to images for 1.99!

We recently used Ultrasound Direct in Kettering for a scan when I was around 12 weeks as my NHS scan was not booked until after Christmas. Both the lady on reception and the Sonographer Alison were absolutely lovely. I had previously had a miscarriage and Alison was very sensitive to this and explained what she would be doing at every step. It was such a lovely, calm experience and we would like to thank her for making it so. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

We had lots of scans here during my pregnancy and everyone was so lovely. We booked everything from early scans to 4D scans and it was so worth it. Definitely recommend!

Terrible customer service, unable to move rescan appointment and no facilities for pram in location. Do not waste your time or money and go somewhere else.

I’ve visited Bedford three times, first for an early viability scan, then a dating scan and finally a gender scan + NIPT test. The staff are super professional and lovely to speak to, and every single visit has been so much fun. I am very grateful!

I had an upper abdomen and pelvic ultrasound ,Very professional and caring Ben explained everything in detail and was reassuring as I was quite apprehensive to the outcome, as it was fortunately I was given a very satisfactory result, would not hesitate to use again and highly recommended, 5* in every way

This was my second visit in three years and it was worth every penny. Neither appointment was pregnancy related (one was a soft tissue lump and the other was pelvic) but how I wish I had known about this place and the wonderful sonographer when I was pregnant! She is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, she took time to show me what she saw and explained in detail, answering every question - genuinely trying to help me. I’ve had ultrasounds at Harley Street and private hospitals (charging a fortune) but no one took the time or had the patience to listen and then explain their findings.
I am so grateful, it was a very stressful time and I was anxious but the professional, calm and caring approach made a huge difference. The NHS waiting times are months and I was able to make a booking for the following day! I will definitely go back, if I need to. The whole place is a little gem, also the lady at reception was lovely. I also love the fact there are no hidden costs, you know what you pay for. That cannot be said about private hospitals. Thank you. I cannot recommend enough.

Website gives incorrect pricing. E.g. if you book two Zika virus tests the 30£ blood charge will be removed. Rang them up and that's simply not true (pointed out what it says on the website but they would not honour this.)

I visited the Ultrasound Direct branch near Mansion House tube station, London today for an "abdominal ultrasound" scan. Overall, I received excellent service - very easy booking process, fair price (I paid £145), and good treatment during the scan. It took about 15 mins, and the sonographer explained what she was looking at during the scans etc. 5 minutes after leaving the clinic, I received an SMS with a link which had about 25+ photos of my scans and a report on the findings. I will now forward these to my GP. Very happy and impressed with the company.

I had a great experience at ultrasound direct in Manchester. My ultrasound technician was Neelam. She did a wonderful job at explaining everything to me. I definitely recommend her! Thank you!

Appointment booked online for a suitable time, they called as I was on my way to cancel as the nurse leaves early and shouldn't have been available to book... no other options given. As a woman who's just found out she's with child and worrying... this is unacceptable when the slot was available online, deposit paid, only called just prior to appt time and all cause she wanted to leave early. Will never use this company again, so upset and disappointed.

Thank you Ultrasound Direct at London Canary Wharf. You scanned my shoulder following suspected rotator cuff injury and not only was the whole experience handled with the utmost professionalism I was given a very clear explanation of the damage I have endured plus received the images and findings by sms link within 2 hours of the appointment ready to share at my physio appointment tomorrow. You exceeded my expectations and at last I know why I have been suffering such pain ready for the next steps in repairing my injury.
