Warranty
I had cause to claim for a replacement bread maker from Tower on extended warranty. I received excellent assistance from both Juliya and Joseph who dealt with this matter very quickly and efficiently and look forward to receiving my new appliance in a few days.

My experience with Tower was very good and fast to respond, the customer adviser i communicated with was excellent and very knowledgable,the warranty procedure was fairly easy to follow through and quick to resolve,would highly recommend Tower.

Customer service second to none
Bought Air Fryer with 3 year warranty and after 2 year 4 months it gave up, after contacting and going through a few steps- I received a replacement.
Yesterday with only 2 months on the original warranty, my replacement Air fryers element broke up and after contacting customer services and going through a few steps with Joseph, I will now receive another replacement.
Although I was very happy with both fryers and would rather have had no problems with them; customer service made the process as streamlined and stressless as possible and hope next replacement will see me through a couple of years 😀

Excellent Customer Service!
My air fryer was only a few months old but I noticed an issue with it so emailed customer services. Joseph can back to me the following day and dealt with my problem quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. A new air fryer arrived 2 days later so I can’t fault the customer services team!

Had a problem with the motorized head of a vacuum I had bought approximately 3 years ago. Contacted customer services and within 2 days a replacement part was in the post to me. Can't fault them, excellent service. Well done Elle and Julie👍

Joseph is the man here! I have an air fryer leas than a year old, but I don't think he knew that at the time of contact. A small piece of plastic broke off, which rendered the fryer useless, and after an email, Joseph replied and kindly investigated spare parts for me, and within 2 days, those parts were on their way, no charge. I'm blown away by his actions. Brilliant service, would recommend Tower and if you're lucky enough to deal with Joseph, you'll get 5 star service. Thank you.

I have worked in a warranty dept and Sara at tower was able to deliver the sort of service I often wished I could have done, three e mails confirmed the fryers details and The simple diagnosis was to replace it after sending proof of purchase and a picture of the disabled fryer arrangement of a replacement was confirmed. Tower Customer Services
I purchased a new Tower 42L Sensor bin - Grey via Argos. Lovely bin & is working beautifully! But when I went on the Tower website to register the 5 year warranty, it wouldn't accept the details. However, all was not lost, I contacted Tower customer services & provided them with all necessary information including photos of receipt etc & the lovely customer services including Ezmie registered this product for me without any problems whatsoever. They were so kind & very swift with their responses. Thanks to all concerned.

Faulty AirFryer
Had to contact Tower due to faulty appliance. They were friendly, efficient and very thorough and sorted out my issue very quickly. Luckily I had my invoice and Warranty which all helped. Great service.
