Great service, ordered a Bristan mixer tap on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday as expected. Checked box, all perfect.
Fitted tap on Monday, much better than the one it replaced. Very competitively priced with free delivery.
Will definitely use Taps Empire again.

Sourced shower using Google Shopping & placed order on Monday evening. Received email order confirmation immediately. Shower delivered on Wednesday evening.
Fortunately I received updates from the DPD App about the delivery. As not everyone uses this App, service could be improved if Taps Empire emailed delivery and tracking details to the customer directly.

Very minimal and strict 14 days return window. Just a few days late and does not allow return anymore. Most other places allow 30 days. Make sure you will never, ever, need to return before placing any order.
But you know, you never know.

Really helpful advice on the phone and they checked some spec with the warehouse and gave us the correct information before we bought as there were some conflicting details online elsewhere (including manufacturer's own site) regarding the product in question.

Although the item was shown as ready for dispatch 2-4 days they took extra 4 weeks assuring us that it would arrive. When the time passed, they just gave us the same story with additional 4 weeks. So we had to cancel. Absolute joke and time wasting

The item was not dispatched within 24 hours as stated on the website, I therefore waited longer than expected for the part to arrive. The anonymous customer service agent (they do not sign off their email with a name) offered zero flexibility when I wanted to return an item merely 3 days after the 14 day returns period had ended. The item had not been used and was still completely in the same condition from when it was sent out and received.

Item arrived promptly and as described, have ordered replacement filter more than once now and never had any issues.

Dishonest and poor service experience. Said that the item was in stock then I had to chase to see what was happening to then be told it was going to be delayed by several weeks. As that approached I asked for an update and then got a dispatch notice so organised my plumber to fit then when arrived it was only part of the order but nobody thought to let me know this and the other part would be further delayed. You don't hear anything unless you chase them and one of the poorest experiences dealing with a company I've had.
