Very happy with service and item
Great to find a replacement loo seat for our Laufen wc at a reasonable price – it is a brand that can be hard to find. Company kept me informed when there was a delay with the item, and once the item I wanted was in stock delivery was very quick. Only just able to leave review as we had not had the opportunity to fit it until today. Will definitely use this company again.

Excellent products and outstanding customer service
I purchased Laufen vanity units with basins, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. The selection was excellent, and the range of sizes and measurements was exactly what we needed. The products arrived exactly as described, and the packaging was outstanding. Everything was carefully secured on a pallet to ensure the basins were fully protected during transport.
I can only compliment the incredible customer service. As I was ordering from outside the UK, there were a few complications, but the customer service was exceptionally helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled as smoothly as possible.
My experience with Bathroom Supplies was entirely positive, from the product selection to the delivery and customer support. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

They sent two identical packages by…
They sent two identical packages by mistake. No big deal. A simple mistake. However, I was not aware of this and with no prior warning a driver rang at 7am and was parked outside of my house to collect the extra package. He proceeded to open both packages, take photos etc…in my living room for about ten minutes. It was still dark! I rang the company to complain about the lack of communication. They apologised, but it seems like a ramshackle of an organisation. I wouldn’t recommend.

We sent an email and text message advising that the collection had been scheduled; however, as the order was placed by your landlord, it appears this information was not passed on to you. We are genuinely sorry for the confusion and understand how disruptive an unexpected early-morning collection can be.
We have spoken directly with the courier to address how the collection was handled and have offered our sincere apologies. While the duplicate delivery was an honest mistake, we appreciate that the collection process could have been managed much better.

Really incredible service and delivery. I originally ordered an item that wasn’t in stock and they promptly informed me of this and released the hold on my card so no need for refund etc.
I was struggling to find an alternative product but Brad suggested 3 options, one of which was great. I need the item quickly and Brad communicated this to the distribution team. I placed the order on Tuesday around 3pm and it was delivered by 10:30am the following the day. Ahead of the time quoted. Really great business to deal with.

Was Dire quality Novellini Kuadra H2, but new alternative due to arrive
EDITED ..... WAS Dire. Purchase a Novellini Kuadra H2 glass panel and deflector door . Came to fit them this week and the door panel hinges do not align with the main panel . Poor quality production. Hinge and glass do not align so we can not install the door ( 6mm difference) . With a spirit level you can see the hinge on the door is not level ( at manufacturer) poor quality contro compared to the same items we purchased in 2014 . I. Bathroom Supplies Online have negotiated a replacement Novellini screen and door due to arrive in a few weeks , so good customer service from Brad .

excellent customer service and care, after 3 years from my first order, i needed some parts to fix small issue with shower panel valves, and within 24hrs, i got all what i need then 3 days later i have received the parts. this company is one of the best for simple reason, their customer service is extremely fast and helpful, you don't need to wait days and maybe months to solve your issues same like most of other companies do! i am really happy with and appreciate their support. ref.
