Great price, easy ordered and delivered on time. Wipers easy fitted and performance is good. Very satisfied.

Ordered a toilet seat which stated delivery was within a week. After 3 weeks and several chasers it arrived damaged. The item was returned and 3 weeks later im still waiting for a refund. Nothing but open ended fob offs. Don't waste ypur time or money with this company.

Good quality branded products at a decent price, Only knocked 1 star off for the collection experience as it as a bit sketchy (collection from what looked like a disused steel works). The staff were very helpful though.

Replacement kitchen tap looks fantastic

Worst company I’ve had to deal with. From order placed through to delivery or lack there of. At the time of order the items were shown as in stock and it’s only after I paid that they decided to email me to tell me it’s not in stock and will take two weeks! When I called all the lady would say is that it’s showing as not in stock but that was days after the order And just didn’t get it. The delivery the company they use just dropped two 40kg toilets on the drive and went. No door ring no attempt to see if they could deliver them in the house. When I called th lady said it’s curb side delivery. I was in the house waiting for these items and then had to figure out how to shift a total of 80kgs on my own. Called and was told you need to make an appointment to speak to a manager. Really poor customer service, no regard for customer plight and lack of care. Stay away, find a proper company that cares for its customers which this one does not.

Ordered a specific tavistock marston toilet with brushed brass flush lever that said online would take 5-7 days and was advised by email 3 days after purchasing that the item would take 2-3 weeks obviously i wasn't overjoyed but I thought hang in with it because the product type and size, style and flush colour would match the rest of the bathroom being brass that i had ordered the sane day as the toilet.
I was then told at Christmas that the order would take longer and every subsequent deadline (we have had about 8 different ones by now ) have been missed. QS Supplies have whilst polite been useless in following up my case and have no pull with theur suppliers.
I have checked directly with the manufacturer myself and been advised that stock came in in February but I still don't have my toilet and early this week they pushed back another week to w/c 16/03/2025 ...
I ordered on the 27th of November 2025! We are nearly 4 months in waiting.

I would avoid this company at all costs. Not many places sell this toilet so I don't have option to go elsewhere without sitting in another 'special order queue' and because the brass flush informed the rest of my metal decisions in that room I will have to compromise the matching of the other products I already received if I cancel now and QS said i would still have to pay for the soft close seat part of my order even if i cancel the order due to unreasonable delays.
I would avoid ordering from QS Supplies because they will happily take your money and don't care if your order sits in limbo forever.

They are not proactive to contact the manufacturer when experiencing issues, (if I can manage to call the manufacturer why couldn't they?)

Alternatives offered have been completely unlike the toilet i ordered eg modern and concealed cistern. QS for me now just stands for Questionable Supplier ! Avoid!
NOTE it still states 5-7 working approx days for delivery for this exact item ! Total lies

It's not often that one of the cheapest online retailers also offers good customer service but that is the case with QS Supplies. Delivery of my tap was quick and customer service provided by Muzammil was attentive and immediate. I had difficulty deciding if the goods delivered were complete ( I was not fitting it but using a plumber) so Muzammil ordered a complete set of fittings just in case and Clearwater/Sterling couriered it to me next day. You can't ask for better service than that!

Good price for quality item and quick delivery.

QS supplied us with a Duravit WC frame that during installation we noticed was faulty. A small relatively minor but crucial component required replacement, and we advised them of this and were advised it was being sent out, so we went ahead and installed the frame.
3 weeks later and bathroom due to be handed over to client and part still not arrived. I'm afraid I cannot recommend a company whom I now believe are just another internet box shifter who care so little about customer service.
Communications have been very poor and this is still not resolved leaving us with little option other than to rip out and replace the whole unit with another manufacturers product.

My first experience wasn't great as there was a problem with the website which meant that two payments were taken but no goods delivered.
However, this was resolved quickly and effectively which is all I ask, as I understand that these things happen.
Special mention to Seerat who was helpful and polite at all times. They dealt with my issue quickly and professionally so a big thanks to them!

Great replacement shower head - reasonable prices and prompt delivery .

I found QS Supplies while searching online for a replacement bathroom mirror light. Unfortunately, the item I was looking for had been discontinued by the manufacturer - something QS only discovered after I had paid. However the speed with which I was refunded by QS and the courteousness of staff member, Muzammil, left me very impressed.

I had a poor experience with this company.
I rang to confirm the stock of the order. They confirmed that they had stock apart from the tap which i was happy to wait for.
Instantly after paying I got an email stating the bath wasn't in stock and there was a week wait.
I chased this up and the date just kept extending. I made the decision to cancel and order from elsewhere.
The refund wasn't the full amount, they'd left £17 off without an explanation.

Delivers in time, good quality, working really well

I recently purchased a pair of Roper Rhodes Henley Traditional pillar taps from QS Supplies but the taps arrived without some of the fittings advertised by QS Supplies as a 'Key Feature' of the taps on their website. When I raised the missing parts with them I was told Roper Rhodes don't supply them in which case I suggested, a refund be made of the fittings' approximate value as a way of honouring the QS Supplies' advertisement.
Sadly, to date after 13 days I have not received any further response.
