Excellent Customer Service from Envy Bathrooms Andover
We purchased a Kudos shower screen in June 2026. We chose Envy bathrooms based on price, availability, service and reviews. We found at the time they were the most competitive. We received the screen within days and were kept up to date regarding delivery. It is perfect!
We had an issue with the lower seal which was broken, I contacted Samantha at Envy bathrooms and explained the problem and she was kind enough to contact Kudos for a replacement, we received this today, 3 days after contacting Envy bathrooms, absolutely excellent customer service.
If only all stockists were as helpful as Envy bathrooms. Thank you!

Good in terms of prices and delivery however would not entertain a replacement or return. Totally unhelpful and cold. Admittedly I had gone past the return window due to my contractor being delayed or we would have established the shower enclosure fittings earlier but I expected some level of reasonableness as I was going to buy the replacement from them. In spirit of fairness I had not paid attention to the height of the enclosure however the measure of a company's service should be predicated upon the empathy and help they are willing to offer when you face issues regardless of source of issue.

We fully appreciate how frustrating it can be when installation delays outside of your control result in issues only becoming apparent after the return period has passed. Unfortunately, as a retailer, we are required to adhere to our published returns policy and the guidelines set by our suppliers. To ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, we are unable to make exceptions outside of these agreed terms.
Customer service is very important to us, and whilst we must operate within established policies, we always aim to communicate decisions with empathy and respect. We have taken your comments on board and will use this feedback to help improve how we handle similar situations in the future.

Nothing wrong with the products, however these can be purchased from a number of, in my opinion, better suppliers.
Their returns administration fees’ are 30% after 14 days, no quibble or discussion no matter what condition they’re returned in or if you want to exchange for other goods. I’m by case the goods were returned unopened and in their original delivery packaging.
Avoid, there are better suppliers on the market.

Good all round
Excellent pricing, easy to use website. Things went a little quiet after the order for a week but i emailed for an update and i had a response pretty quickly with an update. Once order was on tracking it was regularly updated and live tracking with the driver was great as allows a busy mum to get on with her day! The driver Scott was friendly and pleasant. All round, a good service. Just the small wobble from order confirmation to dispatch info. Will use again in future with 2 more bathrooms to do!

What a great company Envy Bathrooms are to deal with. I got in touch with Samantha as I had an issue with a vanity unit handle . Excellent customer service, I made lots of tweaks before placing my order, Sam was very patient and made the whole thing easy making sure I had everything I needed. Delivery was exceptionally speedy and the best price I found online for the bathroom range I wanted. 1 item was missing from my order and it was sent next day 1st class recorded delivery. Great quality Roman Haven8 900 x 900mm quadrant shower
I ordered a Roman Haven 8 900 x 900mm Double Door Quadrant shower in chrome and was really pleased with the quality. I asked Chat GPT for a recommendation to replace a cheaper quadrant shower in my wife's shower room and this was the recommendation. Solid construction and great assy instructions. Well packaged for delivery and it's all now installed by myself (a competent DIYer). Highly recommended.

Not genuine parts, probably a scam.
Extremely disappointing experience.
We ordered a particular toilet seat produced by IMEX. It is a unique item in a specific colour, so we expected to receive exactly the product described and shown.
Unfortunately, the item we received does not fit. It is significantly shorter than the dimensions of the original item, and the shade of black is completely different from what was expected.
We contacted the company and provided photographic evidence demonstrating the substantial differences between the item supplied and the original product. Despite this, we received only a brief response stating that they would neither refund nor exchange the item as per their T&C.
In our opinion, this is extremely poor treatment of a genuine customer. Based on our experience, we feel that the way this matter has been handled gives the impression that customers are being conned into paying for products that do not match what they ordered, while being left without a reasonable remedy when they raise a legitimate complaint.
We find this completely unacceptable.
Customers should be able to trust that the products they purchase are genuine parts match their description, dimensions and colour, and that genuine complaints will be dealt with fairly and responsibly.
We are now considering referring the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities, ombudsman services and, where appropriate, financial authorities for further review.
In our opinion, this is not how a reputable company should treat its customers. We certainly cannot recommend this company based on our experience, and we would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution with this conning practices.
Update 11th of August.
Unbelievable reply from these shameless people at the company. They have an answer for everything and never acknowledge their poor practices.
First of all, the toilet seat was not installed due to the different size (it doesn’t fit and cannot be installed). I already said this, completely different size.
Secondly, there is a very big question mark over how you are regulated and allowed to operate in this market. I will definitely be following up with a complaint to the relevant authorities. Everyone else just avoid them and please read all 1 star reviews, it's interesting the pattern.

All items supplied by Envy Bathrooms are genuine IMEX products, sourced directly from the manufacturer. The dimensions, colour descriptions and product details on our website are those provided by IMEX, and we rely on this information when listing products.
It is important to note that product colours may vary slightly from images, depending on device settings, and packaging may differ. Manufacturer‑published measurements can also have minor tolerances.
Regrettably, the toilet seat had already been installed when the issue was raised. Due to hygiene reasons, and in line with our terms and conditions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for fitted toilet seats.
If you can send us photos of the box showing the IMEX product code, we will contact the manufacturer for further confirmation.
We remain committed to supplying genuine products and handling all genuine complaints responsibly.
Return policy is a sham - sadly.
Unfortunately have to say pretty disappointed with Envy Bathrooms and the lack of transparency on returns policy!
They ask that all items be checked for damage within 48 hrs but by opening the packaging to check for damage this then voids the item from being eligible for 14 day returns if you change your mind. This has cost me over £200 in items they refuse to refund me for.
Sadly I have to recommend people to go else where to avoid falling into the same trap I did. Generally I found customer service quite patronising.

The 48‑hour damage‑inspection window is in place to protect customers in the event of courier damage, while the 14‑day change‑of‑mind policy applies only to items returned in unused, resaleable condition. Once packaging is opened in a way that prevents the item being resold, it unfortunately cannot be accepted under a change‑of‑mind return.
We are sorry that this caused inconvenience in your case, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving how we communicate our policies.
