Great customer service, just some technical issues
The only issue I had was just initially trying to reach the number. It failed a number of times and I’m pretty certain it wasn’t an issue my end. However once I got through, the service was very easy and straightforward and very helpful

Setting up direct debit
I called to set up a direct debit. The wait time was a bit too long but once connected the service was fast and efficient. The agent offered the opportunity to have a fixed payment which I did not know about.
Having a call system notifying of the wait time would be helpful.

Good service but unable to make an appointment even though I received an email 4 days ago asking me to call to arrange an appointment. Slightly frustrating but the customer service was excellent nonetheless.

Solved my problem
Waited about 15 minutes for an answer to my phone call but then a customer service agent (Shak) dealt with my query/problem efficiently and very politely. I am completely satisfied with the outcome.
