Very helpful

Big shout out to Richard who was so helpful.His product knowledge was great and he helped us work out the right mattress and frame for our needs and budget with no push salesman techniques.
He was professional and but friendly and managed to get us a great deal.
The bed has now been delivered and is fantastic thank you to the excellent delivery team too.

It's very difficult when ordering online to gauge which is the best mattress. I went mid-range. Delivery was quick, within a couple of days, the delivery guys were brilliant (I live in a second floor flat though we do have a lift) and very helpful and friendly. The mattress itself is great. It's firm and very comfortable, very happy. Small note, if you do want them to take your old mattress, you do need to let them know when ordering (though couldn't see where you did that) or you have to give at least 72 hours notice; unfortunately didn't have that luxury because of speed of delivery!

From entering the Plymouth store, which was very welcoming to purchase a new mattress, nothing was too much trouble, to the delivery, it was an excellent service. I was kept up to date on delivery date and timings. Jason the delivery driver was brilliant, put protective foot wear over his shoes to protect my carpets and very pleasant. Very pleased thank you.

Helpful, friendly staff that were knowledgeable

Lauren who helped us in the shop was an absolute dream. So kind and patient and recognised us straight away when we returned a few days later to place our order. Really explaining everything in detail so we could make an informed decision.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff at the Biggleswade Store. Large selection of mattresses, with good prices, and sleeppro technology to see how you sleep, which helps you to choose your mattress.
Our new mattress is great, the only negative is more handles are required on the ends of the mattress, to aid when turning it.

We were warmly welcomed at the door by Mary, and from start to finish she was incredibly helpful. We initially came in to look for a new bed, but thanks to her expert knowledge and guidance, we ended up purchasing both a bed and a mattress. We were so impressed that we returned the following day to see Mary again and bought another bed and mattress for my brother-in-law, who lives with us.

Mary is friendly, knowledgeable, and a real asset to the Dreams store. We’ll be highly recommending her and will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful sales lady, Glasgow accent. We knew exactly what we wanted, and budget. She showed us options within our criteria.
We went and looked at another store. We were in/out in 5 mins. The kids working there were more interested in yapping to each other.
Back we went to dreams. The atmosphere in the store was warm and welcoming, without being in your face. Knowledge of the products were second to none.
In all honesty we probably could have bought a cheaper mattress online. We bought because of your wonderful sales lady. She talked us through every step, recommended extra products. And was enthusiastic about the positive 100 day return.
We had instructions about delivery. Which the delivery drivers followed to a tee. They were super quick and efficient. Lovely lads.

Every aspect of my order went to plan and I had no queries at all. I would recommend this Shrewsbury Dreams shop to everyone nearby, well worth a visit.

I bought a mattress, bed, duvet, and pillow from Poppi, in the Manchester branch. She was great and very helpful she made my experience super easy! Recommend dealing with Poppi.

Giorgia in the Stafford branch was very knowledgeable and gave non-pressure sales techniques. We came away with a fantastic new bed that we can’t wait to use.

From the time in the shop to receiving the mattress was great salesman let us use the mattress refiner which diagnosis your type of mattress then showed us to the ones advised wasn’t pushy let us try them all …mattress is good very comfy
