I lose hot water and heating every few…
I lose hot water and heating every few months. Each time they take longer to come and fix it. I beg them to replace my HIU so it doesn’t keep breaking every few months but they are content to do a temporary fix each time

Only a 2 minute wait to be dealt with by customer services - very polite staff member (Ben). He assisted me in getting the best time (for me) for the engineer to do a regular maintenance visit.
