My bank card was cloned a few days ago
My bank card was cloned a few days ago. I forgot I pay my switch2 on thee app which is brilliant. No new card arrived as yet!! £1.90 on my meter and my smart card was obsolete at the top-up shop!! My anxiety kicks in I called switch 2 requested a ring back. 5 minutes later Lauren called back from customer services. So helpful so kind very thorough and clear. Within minutes after giving her my relevant information Lauren was able to email me a barcode which the nearest pay point managed to scan so I could top up my machine. Thankyou so much Lauren you truly helped me out

Issue setting up a direct debit.
I've been trying for weeks to set up a direct debit, but the website buttons weren't functional. I called up and got it sorted. The many times you have to select a keypad option are a little irritating, but once I got to speak to somebody, things get sorted.

Called to setup my direct debit…
Called to setup my direct debit as I couldn’t do this online (due to an error). The lady I spoke with was excellent and managed to set this up for me in just a few minutes. She ran through my options and explained everything in full. Excellent customer service all round!

Prompt leakage fix
I had a leak in my system and the engineer Craig contacted my promptly and arrived within a couple of hours to fix it. I could not be at home at that time so someone else let him in, but Craig was kind enough to call me afterwards with an update. Great service overall.
