Thank you, Vic, for helping fix all the issues with the devices and equipment in my apartment.
I reported a timer issue to Switch2, and Vic came to my apartment to fix it quickly. He also found some other issues and helped me resolve them at the same time.
Vic is a very nice and helpful person. He knew that I was a new tenant and took the time to explain all the equipment and setup to me. He also guided me reset the payment password process step by step.

Cant attend appointments they propose
Cant stick with their appointments. Failed to turn up in their window. Therefore wasting my day and time, having to wait around for their poorly coordinated failures. Do better.

4 full days of non stop ringing as my top ups was not hitting the meter there was a fault and my meter was offline / they fobbed me off several occasions stating that to leave it a few hours and it will come back on.. it’s been a week now with no hot water or heating and still no one has bothered to come out and fix it, even though I have a vulnerable child in the property. Absolutely disgusting service and I have opened a case with Energy Ombudsman.

Uncoordinated and unprofessional
Having sent at least three requests for a change of tenancy to be told in an auto mail that customer services would call they never did. Waited for 20 mins for phone to be answered. Another time called querying a bill and operator was not knowledgable and didn’t have all the facts to hand to answer the question. Thought a £1200 bill for heating and hot water over 2.5 months in the heatwaves of July and August was entirely possible instead of questioning the reading (which turned out to be for the wrong meter). Charge is made for a change of tenant for this useless system. Was never charged for this with previous heat operator

When I called I was put through to Anesha at the customer service center. She was professional and clear with instructions on how to register new tenants. It was easy and she checked meter readings were automatically submitted.
