Excellent customer service
The radiator I ordered unfortunately arrived damaged. I called Stelrad to explain and a new radiator was immediately sent out, which arrived the next morning. Stacey who assisted me in getting the replacement sent out couldn’t have been more helpful. You only tend to find out how good a company is when things don’t quite go to plan. I couldn’t fault the after sales provided by Stelrad ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stelrad are excellent but outsourcing deliveries lets them down
Stelrad themselves are excellent - really good customer service staff who answer the phone quickly and no quibbling if something has gone wrong. But they are let down by outsourcing their deliveries - presumably to the lowest bidder - rather than employing their own in-house delivery staff. I ordered one radiator. It arrived with a big dent in the top; it had been dented while inside then packaging. Stelrad immediately arranged for the damaged radiator to be collected and a new radiator delivered, which Stelrad said would be done by the same delivery staff in one visit. Actually I then received messages from delivery companies, and one delivery company collected the damaged radiator on one day and a second delivery company delivered the replacement radiator on a second day. Hence to get one radiator, I had to stay at home for three days.

Reliable delivery and good customer service.
When I placed my order I could choose a delivery day, and this was honoured.
My plumber unpacked the radiator a couple of weeks after delivery and found that the the top grille was damaged. I received a replacement grille from Sterlad within 48 hours of contacting customer services.

Quality radiators and British made
Quality radiators and British made. I fitted Stelrad radiators to the house in 1991. Changing them now to increase the sizing in readiness for a heat pump. Plenty of life in the old ones. Secret is to use a corrosion inhibitor.

Very good quality and extremely good customer service
I'd ordered 3 radiators and, because they were large and heavy, I was unable to check them before the plumber came to instal them.
Unfortunately one of the radiators was damaged in the top front left hand corner which is quite noticeable.
On contacting Stelrad they immediately offered to replace the radiator and either pick up the damaged one when delivering the replacement or else picki t up after it had been swopped oved which I thought was extremely good customer service.
I am pleased with the quality of the materials of the radiator and very grateful to Stelrad for their customer service. I will highly recommend them in future.

Quality products with great customer service
Good quality radiators and thermostatic valves. Looks great. I had the radiators fitted a few weeks after purchasing and the top grille on one radiator was slightly bent. I emailed the customer team who replied quickly, apologising and arranging immediate dispatch of a replacement grille. The delivery company used was good too, giving advance notice of arrival time and happy to bring very heavy boxes to the back of our house and in the patio door.

Disappointing Overall
Paid for next day delivery, ordered well before the cut off, got delivered the day after I expected, and to make it worse the advised delivery window was a waste of time, and delivery was delayed by 3 hours.

Thank you for sharing your review. I am so sorry your delivery did not go as planned. An unexpected IT issue on the courier's side automatically moved your delivery to the next day. To help make things right, I have requested an £18.00 refund, which will be back with you in 5–7 days.
I also completely understand your frustration regarding the 1.5-hour delay. While we AIT aim to hit their delivery windows, they are estimates that can unfortunately be impacted by traffic and unexpected road delays.
