Radiator valves
I ordered a couple of valves from this company online but unfortunately they never arrived. That was down to the delivery company, however. The staff at Only Radiators handled the refund of my purchase very smoothly and were really helpful and apologetic too.

Hoping to purchase another radiator identical to my current one, I reached out to the sales team via a brief email. To my delight, they responded in just 20 minutes with all my previous order information readily available, allowing them to promptly issue an invoice. After I processed the payment, I got a confirmation, and the entire process took a mere 30 minutes, which was remarkably efficient. The radiator arrived 10 days afterward in undamaged packaging, leaving me confident it will be in good condition once installed. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Great customer service & products
Joshua in customer service was very helpful when I had queries about suitable valves and elements I should buy to accompany the towel rail I was getting. Delivery was fast and although it's hasn't been installed yet I am very happy with how the towel rail looks.

Impressive service
I wanted to order another radiator to match my existing one, I sent a short email to sales and within 20mins they replied and had all the details of my previous order on file so was able to send an invoice. I paid the invoice and confirmation received - from start to finish half an hour - very impressive. Radiator delivered 10 days later. Not fitted yet but packaging not damaged so should be ok. Would definitely recommend using this company.
