My order was back ordered several times…
My order was back ordered several times and I was not notified the first time. I had to call the company to find this out. When I spoke to customer service I was assured, garenteed my item would ship on a certain date. LIE #1 . I took the time and date and persons name I spoke to and asked if I could ask and speak to her if I had any further problems. She assured me that I could ask for her by name. I only had a first name and again was assured I could reach her because there was only one person with that name there in customer service. LIE#. When I tried to reach her I was told they had no way of transfering my call to her. After explaining what occurred to the new customer servere person who basically made excuses and just tried to get me off the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After asking many times for a supervisor I was finally given one. All she did was spew the same scripted nonsense I was previously given and all the while kept saying, "mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm." So unprofessional. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. They use to be very reputable which is why I use to pay more for their products. Likk everything else.It seems they have gone downhill.

I think that I will like the product
I think k that I will like the product. I have always been pleased with S.I.'s
products. The down side is the shipping charge. I know that fuel is very high, but it seems that the charge exceeds, by some, what routine shipping coats.

Having to pay shipping raised the sale price to the point I couldn't afford it. I inquired and received an additional $25 off. I purchased an item (body heat pad) for my sister who experiences significant pain. Appreciate it. Just hope the product is worth the price point.

Read fine print
Everything was great, but shipping costs were not very clear and really ridiculous!!! $16 for a watch. Then says a $25 gift card with purchase when all it is, is a coupon for $25 off $50, which is deceptive. So read the fine print very very carefully
Update, after posting I very promptly received a reply offering a refund on the shipping. I called the number which I called and promptly received the refund. Truly appreciated the very nice gesture and great customer service. Would definitely buy from them again!!

Never buy from them!!!! This is a fraudulent business. I tried to use a gift card but now they are saying its not really a gift card but a promo code and a discount was already applied to the original price. The card I had says gift card not promo code - fraudulent messaging for sure. Also when I emailed the contact us email, it came back as blocked so I couldn't get through to request cancellation. Them when I called, the CSR said she cannot cancel because its being processed and when I asked to speak to a manager, she said there are no managers on duty. What call center doesn't have managers on duty. This company is a disgrace and fraudulent in their business practices.
