Products are good, but your promo codes and discounts come across as "bait and switch." I hate that. AND it seems as if I'm spending over $100, the shipping should be free. Charging for shipping negates or at least lessens the discounts. VERY disappointing.

Fake Discounts
The "special discount" advertised in your email was no discount at all. It still came out to the total purchase price that appeared in your catalogue. I won't be falling for that deceptive practice again, to be sure.
